Hi,
I think maybe an EP completely dedicated to Parties including the stuff from The Sims FreePlay and Mobile would be better to give us a full experience once for all.
A mix of TS1 EP2 House Party + TS2 EP2 Nightlife + TS3 EP06 Showtime + Sims Sessions , covering from a birthday party to a music festival.
Circus, carnival and fairground could also match to this festive theme about having fun.
Including a Party world (Neon city) perfect for Party Animal sims where people like to dance in the street and play music instrument.
Where NPC townies host parties in their house (Lot trait/challenge ?).
