I am at my wit's end. I have tried everything, and I don't know what to do. I wanted to look in my C:\Users\Steven\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 folder and delete the thumbnailcache file, but right now, I only saw a Mods folder and a Trays folder. Did the file location move since we "upgraded" to the EA App?
I will say that I repaired the game before I looked in the folder I mentioned. Does repairing the game clear the cache?
I have two more items that might relate to the above:
I get a white screen when I try to create a new game/Sim.
When I bring the options menu up to save the game, it tells me I can't save the game because it is still loading the game.
Most help threads get locked here and a moderator will point you in the same direction Lenny linked. EA wants all troubleshooting over there to track bugs more efficiently.

When you say: 'I try to play a game, but it won't save.'
Does this mean you are ingame and it won't save or you want to play but it won't load?
What happens when you click 'play' in the EA app?
