@cwaddell That's a very lovely makeover. How did the town perform while you lived there?
It worked well for establishing families but with only 2 bedrooms the houses could not accommodate large families with more than 1 or 2 kids so I didn't play a long game.
The only weird thing that I noticed was where they spontaneously held a protest:
They arrived in various water vehicles and at first I didn't know why the first sim was paddling way out to sea. And I thought the second one was going out to rescue him. It wasn't until I zoomed in close that I realized what was happening.
P.S. Thank you. Your lot looks better but it will be hard to fit in many of the rabbit holes. There is just not much room on the island.
Couldn't help myself and loaded save for a couple of tweaks but, because of a few celebratory drinks, didn't trust myself to do too much Did some work on nose and jaw but will leave rest until tomorrow.
I loved how Jase was eyeing his nephews as they crawled and toddled into the room. Meanwhile, his brother never took his eyes of the cheesy romance show.
Maggie-May's youngest son, Abraham getting to know his sister-in-law. Also I’d like to thank The Artists at The Sims Resource for the dress the sister-in-law is wearing.
For the last month or so, I've been busy sorting through all the houses I've made since I started playing Sims 3, and selecting and tweaking the ones I'm going to use in my new world. The only screenshots I've been taking are for making blueprints, which aren't really worth sharing. I've finally finished all of that and have started placing the houses in the world. This shot includes all of the areas where I've placed lots so far. I have the downtown neighborhood mostly finished, though I will probably add a playground park in there somewhere. I do already have a dog park among the houses though. In CAW, I can move any of those lots I've already placed, even with houses on them
Hadn't loaded my game for a few days and decided the first thing I should do is to work a little more on my new sim. Did some minor nose and mouth tweaks.
