Today I got about 800 Simpoints deducted from a order I placed that was no more than 150 points.
First I got several error pop-ups. and after a few tries my order came through but then I found out that every time I tried to place that order somehow points were subtrackted from my account.
I've made a bug report, but I also would like to get my points back.
Do I have to make a diffrent ticket for that? Or an easier way perhaps?

A few weeks ago, @thatsnotsweg was able to fix a double charge using the "report payment error" category. (Just don't ask for a refund—reps tend to think you want the money back that you spent on the points, which they can't do.) Here's the thread, if you haven't already seen it:
