I've spent the weekend building a house for Bridge which was more time consuming then I thought it would be. I tried my first walkout basement and once I figured out what I was doing, I was happy with the results. I may post pictures once I decorate it.
@winterbaby - I don't mind a story being PG-13 or R. But thanks for the warning.
@KinztheSims - I have two children too and it is nice to have both. The craziest thing the one elf did last year was he wrapped a toilet, mirror and Kleenex box with wrapping paper. I don't think he'll be repeating that though...

@TadOlson - I envy you with snow. I know, when you have it it's a pain but I haven't lived in a place that gets significant snowfall in over 20 years. I miss it sometimes.

So, I got some interesting news the other day. The company I work for is exiting the Canadian market, as of March 15th at the latest I will no longer be employed there :shock: I'm paid until March 15th no matter when we actually close and I'm awaiting severance info, both for if I actually stick it out until the end. I think it'll depend on what they pay me to stick it out... even then I'll probably still be looking for another job and just try to do both until the end. I dunno. I still have so many mixed emotions about this. I wanted to leave anyway, I know I mentioned that and some reasons why, but I'm not fond of the pressure and time limit... it should be okay, but I don't like should I like definitely will. I'm also extremely happy to see them get what they worked so hard to earn :twisted:. I'm mostly just really surprised still. I've said since these guys took over that this would happen (I'm only like 3 months off my original guess too), and I saw signs that it would be coming soon, but I also saw signs that they were finally getting the hint and trying to turn things around and that they would fight a little bit longer, so I'm surprised it came quite this soon.
I'm hoping to finally finish off my next From Farm to Fame update today. I just haven't been able to deal with it the last couple weeks. There's been a lot of shocking news and changes at work the last couple weeks and I've put in a lot of OT hours, when I've actually been home I haven't had the focus to deal with much. Naturally, it's always something these days. :roll: I did however on my one day of sanity last week get back into writing my Blood Tides story that I've wanted to do for ages now. I restarted it because last week was totally the week where I was like "I hate everything I've ever written, ever." Anyway, I'm so much happier with it and I made a ton of progress. I also tweaked my plan and got further with it as well. Mostly importantly, I finally settled on a name for my protagonist... I've been using one I knew I was going to change eventually which just seemed so awkward to do. All this means that I should hopefully start sharing that very soon I'm really excited for this one.
:shock: I had a lot to say. Anyway, I'm only going back a couple pages because I don't even know where I left off and it's been the usual couple weeks since I've been on. I did however manage to fix this stupid site on my phone :roll: , so maybe I can lurk a bit more at least.
@sammymcgoff- Rebecca is pretty. I find my sims usually take after one parent and it's really hard to get a clone of the other one, or even a mix of the two, until I've had like 5 kids.

@cmbaker- Thanks for sharing those tips. Not problems I tend to have, I occasionally get the save errors, but I'm usually able to work around them. Good to know just in case though, or for people who do have those problems.

@Everyone: *Hugs* Thank you all for caring about me while I've been sick. I got labs drawn yesterday afternoon and I am not considered anemic at all. My hemoglobin is at a steady 9.1 which is high enough to the point where it won't require a blood transfusion. But I do know now why I'm so weak and exhausted. I have eaten barely anything for two weeks because the hallucinations that I suffer from came back tenfold and it made me so depressed because the hallucinations were beating me down, telling me I should just die, that I'm worthless, nobody loves me, etc. But I have overcome that hurdle now and am doing everything I can to regain the strength. With the help of my loving parents and my best friends, I finally feel like I may be able to fight off these stupid hallucinations and anemia at the same time! I'm still feeling weak and tired, but there is hope that I'll recover from that in about three weeks or so. Once again, God came to my rescue and brought me out of the darkness and returned me to the light. With prayers and kindness and willpower from my side, I do think I'll be able to recover in no time. So, that's what is going on with me. And now, I'm going to put up a few updates because I feel like I need to get back into the swing of playing Sims everyday. I've played Sims like less than ten minutes total in the past two weeks and I'm sure some of you are curious as to what is going on in my game!

It's okay, everyone feels like that sometimes. I always go onto the simblr community on tumblr and that's how I always feel about my sims, like everyone's better than me T_T hahaha those people are just hardcore and use CC like crazy, especially lots of sliders for the face to make them even more different. It's insane some of the creations that come from those players. And oh no, I hope you get better very soon!
