A couple of months ago, somebody posted a picture of a huge fancy chandelier with a fountain (or something like that) and asked if we could get anything like that in the game. Then, one of the gurus replied saying that the object would be perfect for a pack they were working on.
It was the sort of object that would only belong in a Casino or a very luxurious hotel.

I think a kindergarden/primary school would be really adorable for an expansion pack!! Also new as we haven't had this before, lots of people would buy this, you could even have a teacher as an active career. It would be so cute to play and you would continue to use it in games to add realism.

I would love a Winter Resort pack based off of a place like Lake Tahoe in CA/NV. High in the mountains, winter outdoor activities, destination wedding location and legal gambling. A very, very romantic place. That said, if we DO get something like this, I need to go buy a lottery ticket because I'm clearly luckier than I think.
I think it might be a romantic Paris-inspired vacation EP.
All the talk of eloping in a vacation world seem to hint towards a romantic vacation, and the pink lamp could indicate the flirty mood.
The Porc du Jour tweet could be a hint towards French cuisine, and by extension a French style world. All the sweets and baking photos that have been tweeted could hint to candy making, expanded baking etc - this would perfectly match a Paris vibe with quaint patisseries, candy shops etc. It could expand romance by making gifting chocolates, candy hearts etc a way to show affection.
If we get this pack, I would be very interested, especially if it adds nectar making. I'd hope that chemistry and attraction systems are PATCHED into the BG, and that the pack fleshes it out even more.
Make it a French style world my sims can live in, not just vacation, and I'd be all over this pack. Your ideas sound amazing!
Keeping in mind that aside from the Star Wars pack, I'm basically always wrong...
I'm hoping for a Monte Carlo casino pack with some romance and elders content and maybe, if there's room enough, stage performance in it.
My reasoning? There's been a lot of eloping content in terms of Sims Spark'd/the patch content. Plus in that eloping challenge, the casino location was the only location we don't actively have in our game, which implies to me that we'll get it soon. Plus elders and casinos often go hand-in-hand and there was an elders competition in the Sims Spark'd as well. The pink plumbob that a simguru posted could be in relation to something Showtime, as some suggested, though I don't know if a hint related to a previous sims game makes sense, so I assumed it was more about the flirty mood, suggesting romance. And I think a romance addition with a casino pack would be great. And to be fair, shows are a big part of casinos, so it would make sense to squeeze that in too, but that could be too much content for one expansion pack.
Though really, if the big feature was a performance system, and then a smaller gambling system tied to money management and objects and a new lot type, plus a small system for romance interactions, maybe it'd be perfectly fine. Consider Get Famous, with its elaborate acting system, plus the fame system, plus the patched-in reputation system. Plus a ton of acting-specific objects. I'd say it's doable!
Like I said, though, I'm usually wrong. This is also very much something I want, so I'm also mostly hoping it's this.
But if, by some miracle, it's casinos, I called it this one time.

For me personally, 2020 and the Sims 4 has been a great year because every single one of these packs appealed to me.
1. Tiny Living (This just fits in well for that little builder in me.)
2. Eco Lifestyle (Something new that I love.)
3. Nifty Knitting (Community voted winner! Yeah, my Sims are knitting.)
4. Star Wars Journey to Batuu (Something new and awesome!)
So I'm hoping for something new, different and fun. Yet, I have no idea what it could be.
