@LadyKyn just in case you weren't aware, that is indeed a new death type. the sim just needs to do that same thing twice in a row (it's like the cowplant death. first time it happens, your sim get away but gets a moodlet about it. if tries it again while the moodlet is still active, it's game over for that sim)

Oh thank you for telling me because I was tempted to do it twice in a row, but her needs were pretty bad so I just sent her home. Lucky.
ha, funny that you should mention that... the new ghost from the death type... their needs never decay (i purposefully had one of my initial trio of survivors use a fruit to restart things then lose twice while the other two bumbled about and ignored what was going on. sadly, i never saw grim show up. half the reason i did it was to check out the new death type, the other half was to plant a bug on ol' grimmy...)
Yeah just jumped into the game because I was morbidly curious about this.
And I was right and I am very terrified. I wish I COULD UNSEE IT.
This one probably shot right up to gruesome deaths in the Sims 4 now.
Was actually waiting for grim, but guess grim didn't feel like using the stairs I pretty much got teleported to my home lot since my other sim was there. Ripperoni. OTL Curious if there's a tomb stone there or not.
I got the chance to catch up on the game last weekend. This is interesting, guys.
I love the lighting in this shot. Could the big mystery be that the weird sims are pod people?
However, just as our heroine got a step closer to solving the mystery something awful happened! Oh the drama, the horror...
...of wetting your hazmat suit in front of no one.
By the way, does anyone else like making (real life) celebrities eat the bizarre fruit? Houston Texans football star J.J. Watt...er... doesn't exactly seem like himself.
Not exactly a screenshot of the town, I got real tired of EA making every young adult couple parents of a child age 8 or 10 when there are so few premade toddlers. It doesn't exactly fit the Sigworth storyline but Jess (the mom) loves staring brankly at the toddler bed with the baby sleeping inside when possessed and it adds a very creepy factor.
I thought Strangerville had a bit of a zombie-apocalypse wibe so I tried to recreate that feeling by using Reshade.
I'm also dragging out the main story so I don't finish it too fast by playing with the pre-made families.
I also like that some sims are infected, I discovered Leslie Holland was infected when she was standing still just staring at the bathtub one night. Like something out of a horror movie.
WoOw @Hermitgirl I will make a doctor and try that lool
It's a fun story. I'm doing a slightly Invasion of the Body Snatchers kind of thing. Your pictures makes me wonder what playing with the fruit/infected with vamps would be like..

I love how I knew this was your sim without clocking whose post this was:')

Now that really is horrific.

I just found this out about Grim. I've always suspected, but now we know it to be true. LOL

@Ceres_Meiriona Bwahahaha! Do tell, Grim. Do tell.
Origin i.d.: erimurphey
I started a new game because I wanted to see the story without taking breaks to build in new games. My sim's house.
Oh no!!!
And DOUBLE OH NO!!!
LMAO! What did I do wrong? How come they all got infected??
The spores are thick down there... on to the next step!
This is fun! I haven't had this much fun with the game since it started!

No seriously it freaks me out.

And uhoh. Looks like a secret agent spied the drone. Hope he doesn't get paid a visit! lol
An infected sim turned crazy at the bar in Strangerville. So I turned off the lights and started some fires with cheats.
