I ADORE supernatural things, but upon closer consideration, I don't think the pack will impress. Why? Simple: Sims 4 is more RPG driven than any other game in the series. This is my prediction for the pack, based upon how many other packs are geared: If there's hauntings, the ghosts will probably... a. Change the Sim's…
I don't mean to step on the toes of anyone who is genuinely concerned about the lack of proper representation -- they are valid and need to be addressed. It astounds me, however, how quickly the team acts to correct them over other issues that have been plaguing the series for years now..
I think being aware of the player base is important.... but, c'mon, EA! You make speedy changes when someone speaks up about an inconsistency in darker skin tones [WOW... do you think we would've gotten the sliders AT ALL if concerns about representation weren't raised? :frowning: ], but it takes you several years to…
I've got it working w/ all EPs and some CC. Haven't run into any problems so far. The game is much faster than my equivalent on my MSI gaming laptop from 2016. Loading times are around the same.
I have a feeling that they were forced to make this long requested sit behind a paywall in response due to financial difficulties posed by COVID + a slew of packs that were regarded as flops by their player base.
Imagine, the only features are: Go on a snowy adventure [because, as of late, those kinds of things seem to bee a feature in of themselves :open_mouth: Snowboarding and Sledding Mountain Climbing ......... and that's it? XD
I was following this one: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/74952-move-location-documents-folder-windows-10-a.html ..Ah, oh no, seems as though I skipped step two. :/
All of the folders in my Documents folder spread onto D; not in one single folder. It boots, but all of my saves and CC are gone. I put them back in a new Documents folder. The file path is D:\Documents\The Sims 3. Should it be D:\Users\Documents\The Sims 3 instead?
Alright -- decided I'm going to move the whole thing to D instead. Copying now. Any additional steps I should take after that's done? Both my games are installed to D.
My D drive is ~ 1 TB. Silly how my C drive is 1/10th of that, ha. I'd only like to redirect my Electronic Arts folder to D. I'll try the second option. Thanks.
Is it safe to move my Electronic Arts [TS4 and TS3] folder onto my D drive? That would free up ~24 GB, but I want to make sure the game still knows where to look.
