I have a phobia of mold. I am unsure as to whether or not someone will make a mod to remove this, but I hope they do. This is the first time I've felt uncomfortable playing The Sims, ever.
I think it's really neat to know older adults play The Sims. Or, videogames in general. There's such a misconception that it's just for kids.. untrue, all the way! Do what you love at any age. The Sims is just one of those franchises that appeals to almost anyone at any age. I loved playing The Sims 2 when I was... hmm,…
I'm in the target audience -- a lot of the things they've added are relevant to my generation [bubble tea, thrifting, streaming, t-posing]. They're cute additions but I'd really love to see some stuff that isn't entirely geared towards what Gen Z enjoys. :)
My Sim went for an Energized Jog and was tapping away at his phone the entire time. Nobody does this in real life. You would run into so many objects and people if you didn't look at the road ahead of you.
Were you able to do things in class at TS3:University's buildings? I vaguely remember there being an interaction or two to do stuff. I kind of feel bad for the devs -- I know you guys are trying your best and I know you can't tell us everything that goes on. I suspect the devs are well aware that TS4 has limitations due to…
In defense of the Sims team, there are far more basegame traits than pack traits. There are also a ton of traits in general to program and work with specific types of things featured in the MANY different DLC. This game does have a lot of content at this point; over $1000 worth of DLC, I reckon. They even admitted they…
Why does my Sim want to ask a random townie he'd recently met [that has a HUSBAND, mind you] to be his girlfriend even though they've never done any romantic socials? @_@
I have to agree with OP. I'd rather this be something that can be toggled in the Settings menu. There's some days when I'd love to see this information [I have a couple of non-binary Sims!], and there's days when my disgust for the savagery of social politics makes me want to not see pronouns [or ANYTHING social justice…
Anything that acts as a Sim attribute will be described as a trait by the game. This isn't their way of saying any of these things are personality traits. There is no separate mechanism for assigning them. Mods have been creating traits such as Depression, Autism and others for years upon years. The game assigns otherwise…
