For me, this issue had already been fixed by the pre CoL patch only for the latest “hotfix” to break it. Now, my plants have about a 25% chance of reverting every time I weed/water/spray for bugs—which may I add had been so incredibly often!—and upped to 50% whenever the season/eco footprint changes.
