@SPARKY1922 _ Did you ever get the CEP packages properly installed? I checked mine and found I had only installed the two for My Documents. So I installed the two for Program Files and started the game with no problems. After deleting the two cache files. I'm doing that every time I make any changes at all in the game now.

What I like the best about TS2 is the ability to rotate from one family to another and have them all be on the same day. Would take a loooong time to hit that max. I've played one legacy multi-family for 7 real life years, 85 game years and only have 1299 sims in the hood. (4 sub hoods) No townies though. Only playable sims and the service sims.

In my opionion Ultimate Collection does not work any better than the disks do and maybe not as well. It's redeeming feature is that you can still reinstall the game if one of your disks gets damaged which is what happened to me. But the entire package is a 10 Gb download and took me 3 days the first time and 4 the second.…

@cleo00 - Will the teens be going to Uni? How would it work for you to use NRaas Traveler to have them move to other towns after they graduate. They could visit Mom and Dad once in a while and the parents could visit them in their new towns.

I have played TS2 and TS3 on the same machine with Windows 7 32 bit and an NVidia card, I believe it was 9800. Had no graphics problems in either game. Never heard of the graphics rule maker till today.
