I had to reinstall my sims because its crashing like crazy after the stupid patches were installed. Now I can't get the european car to work. It says I sucessfully downloaded it, but when I try to install it it says there is an error while it was downloading. What the efff?? This game ticks me off to no end anymore. :evil:

What a sham! I want my $20 back. One of the best parts of the guide is the cheat codes. I probably won't be able to return the crap because i opened the wrapper and bla bla bla. I bet best buy was in on it too because they only sold the special edition hard cover which was more expensive. I have to say I really don't care…

I bought the Collectors Edition because Best Buy only had Collectors Edition. I would have preferred to buy a cheaper version. It comes as a hardback, has a mouse pad, and a poster inside it. Yipee. I like soft cover books when it comes to game guides. They are easier to stick in my laptop bag.

When my sim is sleeping or at work it takes her anywhere from 15-20 minutes real life time even when I am in speed 3 or 4. She moves the same. She looks a little faster than speed 1 or 2, but I don't believe its supposed to take the sim characters that long to move in the game. I don't have any other programs running in…

Yea I can quote things too. So you are saying that it will just fast forward and return to normal after the action? If that is the case that is quite a waste. Even trickery. Make everyone believe its better than it is.

I don't get this then. What is the point in having the 4th speed if its the same as the 3rd speed? Is this confusing to anyone else?

Good question. I have the Prima Guide and haven't figured it out yet. My sim wants to make her own fruits and veggies. I even wasted lifetime points so she was guaranteed good at doing. Now I have to figure out how the heck she can do it.

I bought the Prima Guide with the game and I can only get the money cheats to work. I have tried resetting my sim and it doesn't work. I get the unknown command. I have tried the Lifetime Happiness cheat and it doesn't work. The Make Happy cheat doesn't work. Make Me Know Everyone or Make Friends For Me doesn't work. ETC…
