I was having my first ever issues earlier today but it was with my driver crashing so I updated it and that fixed my issue. You could always try to update your display and graphics drivers to see if that helps! I also use Fraps for recording.

I've found I have this issue too so for me before I leave my lot (travelling or going into create-a-sim) I save and it seems to help. The game kicks it back to the last time you saved (or so it seems).

I think from my experience (which isn't much) the issue has to do with a corrupted sim. I didn't have the issue until I moved in some new sims to my town from the gallery. I have found whenever I leave a lot (going into CAS or map mode) if I fail to save before my game also resets to the last time I saved. It's really frustrating plus I just had the save error where I couldn't save without going into map mode and that set me back 2 sim days. I have no MODS or CC in my game currently and I…

I hope we get restaurants back. I loved sending my sims 2 sims on dates and having them go out to eat. I used the surprise engagement interaction a lot and would love to see that make a come back as well!

I'm very happy to see them advertising an EP! Especially one that's going to be released the month of my birthday! I rarely get excited over my birthday anymore but now I have a reason to be! That's a pool made to look like a pond. With the moveobjects cheat you can place the fountains in the water. That's actually very cute and creative. Might need to add that to my current sims home when they have enough money. Serves decorative and functional purposes.

I actually prefer that you don't need it to go stargazing. I mean it would have been nice if it had a lay on interaction but since it's just a rug I wouldn't expect it to.. most decor items don't have interactions.

I agree with this and to add I think that if they release the vacation destinations as game packs then it will save us getting "old" content in an expansion and make room for new EP's to be made.
