All I know is that if you put a realistic skin on a Sim like this... And post it on the internet, a lot of people will be too scared to log in anymore.
This is my moodlet when looking at this. That's just... too.... creepy. I know some people like CC but I never found myself a fan of making Sims look entirely too realistic.

Actually to create an upturned nose, you make the Sim stand at a profile, then grab the bridge and rotate it. Grabbing the tip from the side gives you the option to make the nose longer or shorter.
In my story, my character Keera has a huge burn scar from an accident. I used an editing tool to add the scar in, and I hope it's easy to make skintones/makeup in TS4 so I can make the scar properly.
