  • I always the start the game with one 'main' family and then as that family grow older, start to have kids etc I'll slowly add in three or four neighbours that I will rotate between and create several storylines in my head. I love watching how the generations evolve, although there does come a point where there are just too…
  • Thanks for breaking down the specs for me! I’m definitely not great with technology but the explanation really helps! I think I will save up a little bit more and get something like that, I’ll be playing just sims but I hope to be playing a lot and potentially get more packs etc so better to get it right! Thanks everyone…
  • I'd like to enter please :) Thank you! And good luck everyone- Happy simming!
  • I am SO excited for pets too! Can't wait to make my lil Alfie in the sims! I didn't get pets for Sims 3 which I kinda regret. But I loved Sims 2 pets- loved the way they could have jobs as well haha
  • Yeah I am! The weather didn't look too bad this morning but I think I waited too long :'( Should've went earlier! haha what time did you go for your walk?
  • Can of worms
  • It's been raining and very windy all day. Which is a shame because I wanted to walk on the cripsy autumn leaves in the park..but not today :#
  • I want to try and recreate my real life cat Alfie (in my bio pic <3 ) I'll probably make mostly natural pets with a few with odd colourings. Just can't wait for my sims to have pets again!!
  • Aww, I absolutely loved Sims Bustin Out. I remember I was very young at the time (about 7 years old) and my dad brought me to Xtra Vision to rent out a new game for the Xbox. As I was looking through the games, I chose Bustin Out as it was for 7+ and my love for the Sims was born. I think I played it that much that week,…
  • I miss the stories section- I used to love reading stories there! I even wrote a few myself (and now I'm in the process of writing a play- see it all started with the sims!)
  • I've recently started using traditional Irish names such as Saoirse, (For all you Saoirse Ronan fans you'll know how not to pronounce this :D )Niamh, Aisling, Caoimhe (pronounced Kee- va)
  • I want toddlers so badly. I've misplaced my TS3 disk and haven't been able to have a family with toddlers in about 2 years. As a generational type player this makes me really sad. I just know that when toddlers finally do come out I won't be able to afford the pack they're in and seeing everyone's toddlers on the forum…
  • The only pack I payed full price in TS4 was Kids Room Stuff and although they don't have that many new features, for £8 it's definitely not badly priced! TS3 was way more expensive and still is which is the reason I didn't really play past the base game. However I wouldn't buy any of the expansions at full price, student…
  • The game feels very American and I love it! For me that's part of the charm of the series. I love seeing all the typical American foods too (as well as their names) like cookies and peanut butter and jelly and baked Alaska. My love for the game probably reflects my love for America. The first time I visited America I…
  • I tend to keep track of my family trees the old fashioned way of actually drawing them out and keeping them in a folder :) Which is pretty cool as I can track my families way back to TS2 which I wouldn't have been able to do otherwise. I'm really interested in this app though! It would be super handy, def will be getting…
  • Thanks for having another giveaway, that's so kind of you! :) I'm excited about actually having a nice backyard (or garden as I'm not American hehe ;) ) when I build a house. My gardens are always very, very bare. Definitely can't wait to use the wind chimes, just to hear what they sound like!
  • Even if toddlers are included some point in the future, I feel a bit cheated that I'll have to pay money just to get that feature. Even if I don't want anything else in the pack it comes with, I'll buy it just so I can have toddlers. But if it comes in the form for an EP, I'll have to wait at least a year for a sale as I…
  • I really don't like having no toddlers in the game, it seems strange to me to just jump into being a child. I am a generational type player but just don't have the motivation to play in that way anymore as the family grows too quickly and it's all too boring. I so badly want to play TS2 again but unfortunately cannot as I…
  • I would love there to have been a firefighter career too or a teacher career or maybe even make the babysitter career active for teens, would have been fun :)
  • Thanks for having a giveaway, that's so kind! I'm super excited for Kids Room Stuff! I only have the Get to work expansion so won't be able to aid them in starting clubs..yet ;) My current sim family has just had twin babies though! Ryan and Derek <3 So I'm holding off decorating their room until the pack is…
  • I have Windows 8 and only have the base game downloaded (I know I'm missing so much but I hate having to update the game in order to download them which for me takes about 7 hours but that's a different story) so it takes about 7-10 minutes to load altogether :)
  • I haven't played TS4 but the worlds in TS3 are so pretty in my opinion. I still admire the first world (can't remember its name lol) even after 3 years of playing..
  • I'll read it too :) @sims2amyblue I also loved the stories on TS2 exchange, I really miss that about TS3
  • Aw this seems like a nice challenge :) I've been wanting to play TS2 again for a while so I'm gonna play it again now, I miss the good ole sims 2 days :)
  • With TS2 I got to generation 4 but with TS3 I've only gone up to gen 3 and then reinstalled the game or something
  • I just want to point out that when TS3 was first released, a lot of loyal TS2 fans down talked TS3 because of a range of different features (just like the no toddlers, no pools argument for TS4) but eventually when the people bought TS3 and after getting used to it, it turned out to be a great game that now everyone loves.…
  • My first Sims game in the series was The Sims Bustin Out for the Xbox. My dad took me to Xtra Vision to rent out a game for the Xbox for the weekend and he helped me pick out the game. (I was 7 as I remember saying 'look this game is the same age as me' pointing to the age certificate lol) When I got home I played it for…
  • Well I think I might buy TS4 soon after it launches because I have previously always waited a year after for the cheaper prices but this time I might buy it early. However I love TS2! I really love everything about the game, the look etc. The only thing that is annoying is the loading screens (and it's only because TS3 has…
  • I'm really excited about this as TS2 is probably my favorite version of the game! But can you only get this if you've bought your game on Origin? All my games were purchased in stores
