  • I would try to place it in your sims personal inventory (the one that got the opportunity.) You can't return it if it is in the family inventory.
  • The "snuggle" moodlet for my infants, toddlers, and kids when they have a teddy bear in their backpack....too friggin kewt!
  • I follow this blog for most of my cc - she is very thorough and links me to pretty much all available cc. (She links to most available cc but i sorted it by hair just for you - click "older posts" at the bottom for more hair....:) Otherwise, use the links on the right side to sort by your CC of choice.…
  • Here's a few more to add to the mix... http://www.thesims3.com/assetDetail.html?assetId=1115891 http://www.thesims3.com/assetDetail.html?assetId=1115888 http://www.thesims3.com/assetDetail.html?assetId=1109530 http://www.thesims3.com/assetDetail.html?assetId=1042904 :) Good luck in your hunt....:)
  • He's pretty cute - got some sims that could possible be interested....:) Morgan (my avi): http://www.thesims3.com/assetDetail.html?assetId=1115891 Renee (my avi as a blonde): http://www.thesims3.com/assetDetail.html?assetId=1115888 Taryn: http://www.thesims3.com/assetDetail.html?assetId=1109530 and my simself, Saber -…
  • This link should help you. If not, I suggest googling/downloading the monkey helper for TS3. http://forum.thesims3.com/jforum/posts/list/73573.page
  • Marvin: Hmmmm....one of my insane elders pukes all the time. The only other thing she has in common with your teen is that her favorite food is also fruit parfait.
  • Hey - my hubby runs an online business in RL and if his people couldn't resolve an even more complex problem than this heads would roll - EA makes way too much $$ for their "tech" people not be able to resolve this issue for you, IMHO. Totally absurd that you had to take it to the forums....just glad people here were able…
  • Let him retire, live on his pension, and spend the rest of his days fishing and gardening. :)
  • They can't play with it in the bed...as far as I know it's just for decoration. However, if you put a teddy bear in the baby's "backpack" (infant, toddler, and child" they get a snuggle moodlet - cutest thing ever! ETA: - FYI - the snuggle moodlet begins to show when they fall asleep and lasts for like 5 hours after they…
  • OK - this is too sweet....:) Thx...I'm prolly the last person to realize this...but nevertheless...too friggin cute! thx
  • OMG - so gonna try that next time. I am a sim cheater (in most of my games) by nature so that's usually the first thing I turn on. :) I'm so beyond irritated by the stupid disgusted moodlet that, even though I pay a friggin maid, I usually end up directing a sim to clean the stupid counter in the friggin kitchen long…
  • I am totally downloading this - beautiful- especially love the step down area to the living room from the kitchen/dining. Am bookmarking so that I can download when I am on my gaming PC. :) Ty!
  • For some reason, the rules changed. With TS2, CC that was uploaded to the TS2 "exchange" was able to be downloaded. For TS3 it is different (at least for the time being) - I am sure there is some reason or logic behind it...but for now, if you want the CC, it has to be downloaded separately. And that's just how it is....…
  • IMO, the search function on this site is horrible. I usually have more success searching via google for search results on this forum than I do their own search function. Other than that, I can't really answer your specific question - I usually play with the sound for music set to extremely low in my game. It interferes…
  • What Dagda said - but most likely it's something in their personal inventory. The likely culprits is a garbage pile or a spoiled plate of food. Pssst....also, if you hover over the "disgusted" moodlet, it should tell you what the cause is. Check for whatever it is in their inventory.
  • Take your tots to the library if you have time - they skill faster there. Since you are playing legacy, you prolly don't do mods...but I do and I have the fast skilling mod from MTS. I can teach a toddler to walk & talk (at the library)in one day and still get home in plenty of time to have dinner waiting on the table when…
  • What she said ^^ - CC has to be dowloaded separately from the game in order to show up. Try this site - the person running it has been pretty on top of all new CC available and where to download it from: http://mysims3blog.blogspot.com/ When you get to the bottom of the page, click "older posts" to navigate for more…
  • You need to download the CC separately - This site is well organized and has most cc listed and where to get it from. http://mysims3blog.blogspot.com/ ETA: When you get to the bottom, click "older posts" for more content. Also, if you are looking specifically for hair, there are links on the right side to sort it for you.
  • If the reset sim doesn't work, try this. Go into edit town mode and click on your household. Choose the "slit up household" option. This will bring up a box. Move one of the parents over, then select the disappearing girl. Click OK. This moves them to the clipboard. Select them from the clipboard, choose a lot for them to…
  • When you click on the dresser, do you at least get the option to plan outfit? This is what you choose to change their clothes.
  • hahaha....I think nots. :) or is it knots.... :P You are as harmless as a mosquito in the dark.
  • You have to have them "propose going steady" first - have you seen that option under romantic and used it? Are they going steady?
  • Keep the romantic interactions rolling (don't insert any friendly interactions) - by the time they reach "______ thinks ______ is very alluring" the option should pop under romantic.
  • Why not? I don't think it will impact their relationship at all - in one of my games, the hubby was best friends with the dude that robbed them every other friggin night....OK - a slight exaggeration on the frequency of the break-ins...but at least once a week. And always...once the cop arrested the robber, the hubby would…
  • In one of my saved games, I went to edit town and created some extra sims so that "my" kids would have potential mates. In one household, it was my intention to make the two girls I created sisters...went into edit relationship, I made them sisters...but low and behold when I placed them in game, that relationship was…
  • I guess so...
  • Yeah...that's another thing that is annoying. I'd at least be able to change their LTW if they weren't having to re-purchase their rewards all the time! On that note, my daddy sim is a world renowned surgeon...when two of the toddlers became kids, they rolled a LTW to become world renowned surgeons - I thought it was too…
  • I ain't gonna lie....not all of my born in game sims are beautiful.... I've had some beauties and some uglies....:) But it's just getting really annoying because that is one cheat I haven't used in game yet (giving them more ltr points)!
  • Yes, the objects you can "purchase" with their lifetime reward points....I usually buy the "fast learner" one for them when they have enough points as a child. As soon as my teens have enough, I get the "attractive" and other socially geared rewards for them. But often, when I go back into their little "chest", they have a…
