Someone in another forum told me it could be a bad psu on my pc causing the unexpected kernal error. Just may have to replace the psu and see if its the cause.

ah ok, thanks I downloaded speccy and found that Sims 4 really ramps up the usage on my graphics card like to 80-90 % so I am thinking its that. My graphic card is the NVidia GForce GTX 660 so its really old. Need to some how update that, its the only thing that budges when playing sims

ok, just played in edit lot mode for about a half hour when my pc suddenly restarted. No errors or anything just restarted. I recently dusted my pc again, so its not that. Any other ideas? I lowered my setting, went into windows mode and did that origin off thing. any other ideas? Thanks again.

Haven't had a chance to play yet, but I did get an update on my graphic card which I noticed after some updates it does this shutdown bluescreen unxpected kernal error after so going to check it out after the updates...Woot, sims 4 also updated.

Playing last night in build mode and it did that blue screen again, the unexpected store exception error. Unsure why? Graphics too high perhaps but my pc can usually handle games. Weird. I can post my dx diag if needed. What parts on the dx diag are needed its so big of a file

Unexpected store exception, since yesterday while playing the sims. Has there been an update anytime lately? I checked my pc's health and such nothing, all drivers are up to date. Every thing is dusted within the pc. Just the Sims 4 keeps shutting down my pc now. Sadly and I really want to play.
