Tired of the city life, but want to stay close by for work, friends, and family? This house is the perfect option for you. Secluded away behind trees but within a quick drive to town, Quiet Paradise provides convenience of socialization and the satisfaction of privacy and relaxation. Quiet Paradise is a large, open-windowed home with a glorious view of the backyard pond and welcoming the gentle morning sunlight. Trees surround the front of the home, giving just the amount of privacy you need while still being able to enjoy the outdoor nature. On the first floor you can find a living room of comfort and high-tech equipment for that Sunday football game or a late night party. Around the bed lies the kitchen, complete with a stove light and an island. On the deck you can find a premium grill and a fire pit perfect for those cold summer nights. The dining room has two beautiful chandeliers and seats up to 8 people, while the downstairs bathroom has a beautiful glass shower and blinds around several large windows to let the sunlight out but keep the perverts out.
The second floor bathroom has a tub/shower combo with a deluxe wall sink and a layered mirror for a contemporary look. The bedroom connects to the bathroom and is complete with a large mirror in front of a luxurious bed and little trinkets around the dresser for the Mrs. Right beside it sits the sunroom/office, perfect for reading a good book, completing work in peace, or just relaxing during a beautiful sunset.
And we can't forget the granny flat! For the elderly of the home, we have a tranquil granny flat beside the current residence; complete with a living room, bedroom, and restroom, giving the opportunity for the elderly to share meals with their family. The living room gives grandma an opportunity to enjoy a nice book in peace, watch television, or play against their family in a game of chess all with the beauty of nature peeking in right outside their home. The grand bathroom makes even the most necessarily and basic needs go in comfort and style, with a spa bath and royal throne. The bedroom is given a glorious view of the outside fountain in the pond before a nice rest in the large double-bed.
