I'd also like to add with it a couple features to help us better organize our downloaded lots. How about letting us tag the lots we download like with *starter* and *modern* as well as a Bed/Ba count. Then let us sort by Lot size, Bed/Ba (like you do when looking for a house on a realtor sight), or one of our "tag" words.
Heck just give us the ability to fill in all the info just like on realtor site and then the ability to search like one as well.

I definitley want a neighborhood creator, it would be fun to look over a world that you know that you created and put your soul into.
I'd like something at least as customizable as the Sims 2 neighborhood creator, where you could add decorations and houses anywhere in town. But I think that it could be even better, allowing us to lay down streets, put down terrain paint, and change elevations.
Yes, yes, YES! Choose the size of the neighborhood, put your own roads down (do you want them to have countryish spacing or suburban?), elevations, mountains, hills, CLIFFS!, oceans, rivers, plants, misc. stuff, and, of course, be able to put lots down whereever! So sign.
