    OK...All i need is how many washrooms, how many bedrooms, whether or not you want a dining room and the Kind of style you want it, like Black and White Tech style, or old victorian, or slightly modern, or royal...u name it we build it!

      How about an old, almost regal looking estate? Fully furnished and terrorized by a ghost or two? Any price, go crazy.

      Cute, traditional, an interesting layout.

      5 bedroom

      3 bathroom

      + Nursery

      + Study

      Un-furnished

      As cheap as you can make it,


      Landscape. (Like, flowers around the house or something.)

      And it has to be schnazzy. I like everything schnazzy.

      4 bedroom, 4.5 bathrooms, victorian mansion, and yes i want a dining room, money is no problem, it can be very expensive, and i want it furnished plz!!

      3 up

      dining room

      expensive (so big house, but not necesarily a mansion)

      u pick the style, but not too modern

      can i get a very large lot please

      with room for 8 - 10 people (for ask to stay over) - all the bedrooms upstairs, a parents room with ensuite, and then a room for extra guests and then six more bedrooms with room for a double bed in each.

      id like all the bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, some can have a balcony but its not necessary.

      id like four rooms for girls, 2 for girls and the guest room to be natural. id like two of the girls rooms to be next to each other (For twins)

      then one of each other room - two nurserys, a study, an art room, etc etc all downstairs.
      i love wooden floors downstairs, carpets upstairs, and nice light airy colours but that they add to make a cosy, modern lived in house

      sorry if its too detailed, or if you dont want to do it, just throwing the idea out there

      outside id like a pool and a garden area, a sitting area and a playground.

      id like two garrages.

      id like it modern but cosy, all floors the same size

      can it be furnished please?

      i would like a modern house with 4 bedrooms and 2-4 bathrooms and a and a dining
      room no budget and a two garages and furnished :mrgreen:

      i want it to be almost regal (hmm not sure if thats the right word) looking. or even victorian.

      a nursery - unisex
      6 bedrooms
      3 bathrooms
      a kitchen
      dining room (can be separate or joined with kitchen)
      2 lounge rooms
      a rumpus room - for games and skillbuilding (painting, guitar etc)
      a study/library
      an outside entertaining area
      a garage for 2 cars

      i'd also like a pool, and some creative lanscaping. (trees, bushes, flowers, rocks, paths/walkways etc)

      there is no budget so just spend spend spend

      EDIT- you know what you can just decorate and furnish how you like. :)

      hi!!! cud i please hav a modern looking home....with modern furniture....like the ultra cool lounge set... 3 bedrooms...4 and a 1/2 bath...cud it please be big, with an indoor pool and an outdoor pool...i hope this isn't too much!!! thx a lot!!!
