Now if your not too busy, I would like your expertise to create me a little something. I more a modern oriental sort of guy with a colour sceme White, Black, Dark Brown and Red Future walls. I also would love it to be full furnished with a coulorful garden and either 2-3 stories. Prince range im guessin alot so dont let it stop you. Lot size either 30x30 or 30x40
The colour sceme for the single rooms should be for teen girls. surprise me with the other rooms just stay towards the colours i mentioned above. If this is to much you can tell me to stick it, I just wouldnt mind to see what else you can do.

5 bedrooms with the master suite on the lower level. A smaller room off of the master suite for a nursery and of course full bathroom.
large kitchen with eat at counter for at least 4, dining room adjacent to kitchen.
half bath downstairs
living room with fireplace
upstairs the additional bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms, with one of the bedrooms having it's own bathroom.
loft style office upstairs with open plan and railing, but can be accessed with doors on either side of the open office.
or you can have stairs that will lead up to office from downstairs.
large front porch with railing and back deck off of second story, and large porch on the ground...preferably off the kitchen someone.
enough space for play yard and tiny garden
Parking...but no garage
Fully furnished...modern...price is of not important.
