    Cherrytree House

Built for Whisp's Tudor contest. No custom content, all store items are free.

3 bed, 3 bath, nursery. Pond, veggie patch, parking, empty basement.

Continuously occupied since the 1580's, Cherrytree House is a fine example of an Elizabethan country residence. Many original period features are intact, including the remains of a knot garden, the galleried hall, rising damp, tiny windows and terrible heating. Fortunately the kitchen and bathrooms have been refurbished to modern standards. It is decorated throughout in a relaxed modern style featuring the dark wood of its construction. The house is well known in heritage circles for its prize-winning formal gardens, which were lovingly maintained by its previous residents, the best-selling author Sebastian Lamberhurst and his delightfully batty wife Jocasta.

There are two versions of this lot, the houses are identical, only the garden is changed to fit the bigger one.

Lot Size 40x30: Furnished cost approx 153,000.

Alternate 40x40: Furnished cost approx 170,000.

My favorite lot: Download Link - Maguire's Irish Pub

For those of you who liked my build, the King's Old Nectar Cellar, I have made a companion lot of the same size, 20x20, and this time I give you Maguire's Irish Pub, an upscale neighborhood dive bar. You'll find plenty to do here with music and dancing, darts and drinks, all in a classy little place where you'll never be ashamed to be seen and everyone knows your name! No bouncers and no ropes! Everyone is welcome!

All upgrades are in place and the Lot is fully tested. No Third Party Custom Content whatsoever, CUSTARD clean. Nectar tasters are welcome, too. I used this website for my inspiration.

This 3 story A-Frame style home features a master suite on the third (and top) floor, a bunk room that can hold up to 4 simmies, full great room complete with laundry, and that special Ckorkows tough. Dear SimGuruHydra and other creators.

This time I decided to try taking my building to the next level. If you have been following the past year you'll know that mostly I create giant moderns. After advice from a fellow creator I thought it might be time to show my versatility. If you happen to read this I hope you understand how fun this was to make and that means more than any downloads or recs that my other builds have got :). Without further ado here it is :)

My new lot 'Aspen Meadows ' designed to be easy to play and fully functional. 100% base game compatable.

    * Arched bridge can be walked over and sim under
    * Gazebo is fully useable

    Thanks for your support

P.S. Hydra thankyou for the gift, it was very thoughtful :)

I made this family home for a competition. The theme was March and because in Australia it's Autumn in March I made an Autumn themed home. I never entered it though... I got busy with school which was disappointing because I really love this, I think it's my best so far.

If you have an opinion and constructive critisism, I'd love to hear it! :D

    Have a look:

This outpost is home to the Marshal family. Clint Marshal doesn't stand for laziness and has built tight security measures around the family's new home. To keep others out or to keep his children in? While his son Gregory may be a bit of a couch potato, Lily his daughter wants to follow in his footsteps and can be seen jogging laps around the base.
