Above is the original pic of the house I used for the designe. Had to make some changes for it to work and be cc free.

I noticed I forgot to finish decorating the bathroom and changer the carpet in the bedroom. I also noticed a couple of paint problems where I moved the house I need to fix then upload it again.

    That was incredibly rude.

The op asked "let me know what you think" and the person responded truthfully, but not nasty in any way. And maybe the person doesn't know how to add an avatar.

Because of its small size, I didn't think it was going to be that cute. But boy, was I wrong! It's a nice starter house :)

    Rec'd!

One small point; I noticed palm trees on the lot and a fireplace in the middle of the house. Not being from a tropical climate, so I cannot say...is it usual to have a fireplace in tropical places?

I think it's cute in a quaint sort of way. Definitely looks like it fits the tropical look (my mom watched a lot of intl house hunters and i must say your house resembles a lot of the neo-tropical area houses to the tee).

Yeah it's really nice from the outside. I like the inside a little different.

What made me comment though were the counters in the kitchen. I saw a pic some place where the island bits blended in so nicely with the counters. So I'm thinking why can't I do it or by the pics neither can you.

Islands and counters don't connect togeather the same way. I wish you could also connect counters on 90 degree corners to the 45 degree coeners.

The people that line up counters with islands are probably using the cheet codes to place them where they line up.
