If i had to have children with some guy from Bridgeport, i also think i would try Devin Ashton, he might have the best genes. Only problem is he screw them up in my game and became a vampire...
But the gene-**** among the premade sims, is really not all that attractive. So i only use my own sims for the few times i let my sims reproduce.
But i would recommend my own homemade sims, they are all beautiful - at least in my opinion
So shallow, I know! But for a long time all the female Sims I have had being romantically involved with Vladimir... I did have one Sim that made a little girl with him and she was a gorgeous toddler and child. Into her teen years, not so much. I figured it was an awkward stage. So once she became a YA, she was just so plain jane and being mad at it, I had my Sim divorce him. I started over with another female Sim but couldn't make her as attractive for procreation so finally I went to the exchange and downloaded this gorgeous and stunning female Sim. But I am again hesitant to procreate with Vladimir again because the offspring might look bad.
I have read on the forums here that service NPC's can make tbe best looking children. If so, who are they and where do they do service at?
I never do males in CAS.. just don't care for it much. I love making new females and that is why my BP is overloaded with females to males in ratio, lol.
And please, do not suggest Wogan Hemlock! I made a beautiful test Sim to procreate with him and she had twin daughters by him and both looked horrific... they looked like him with a wig on and were so muscular... like bodybuilders.
I think I might try Vladimir again just because I don't know of a better looking Sim except for maybe Richie Striker but he is so boring to me. And I know Devon Ashton and Matthew Hamming make weird looking kids.
Any suggestions?
If there is a NPC service player that is very good looking, please tell me where he works and at what times so I have my Sim go and chat him up!
ETA: for some reason I myself adore Vladimir immensely. Was it just a glitch how the child turned out? Has anyone had beautiful grown spawn from him? I just adore him so much...
Well I got a pretty good looking sims he makes beautiful babies bt sometimes their nose comes a little arched bt other than that theyre beautiful
If you want to download new sims from the exchange, I must say that Ninjon makes the best looking males I've ever seen. The ones I've downloaded makes REALLY pretty babies
His male Sims all look like guy on guy prawn actors. Not judging, that's some peoples cup of tea I guess, though not mine. That Cashton Sim has some sweet tatts though. But I don't do CC.
I decided to give Vladimir another go with a baby and I think it went well
I made a collage of it. The top left if the mother Olga and then dad Vladimir of course. The bottom pictures are their vampire child, Lily Knight. Oh, sorry the quality is so bad, MS Paint didn't really save the detail well.
She got her scowl and her eyes from her dad and the rest came from her mother
This message is a little late, but been off for the holidays. I had my sim Ciarra Storm marry Matthew Hamming and they have a beautiful daughter. See my page for details.

Ciarra is a made sim from one of my (third generation) families from
Riverview. Guess it's all in the luck of the game, and which genes it pulls.
She's gorgeous. I gave Matthew Hamming a try just out of curiousity with my vamp Olga Knight. I was hoping she'd have a son or two but she got twin vamp girls. (Matthew is not a vamp in my game). The results though were pretty decent. My graphics were being wacky but my game looks better than this
Anyway, while all this was going on I didn't save from the time she woohooed with Matthew until the time I aged the twins up. I was just curious about his genes and they did a pretty good mix, IMO. But I had to get rid of the girls because I didn't want BP being overly populated by females and siblings at that.. since Olga has other kids running around.
I am considering a test spawn with Olga Knight and Barry Tenderlove (I looked at him closely and he is pretty handsome actually) to see what their offspring will look like.
I also had twins with her husband Vladimir once more and they were both girls again.. one was pretty cute so I kept her but the other girl was so horrific looking I just deleted her right away. She had his face (especially the nose) with a wig on and there was nothing I could do to make her bearable. Away she went! Lol.
Or I might have my other female Sim Jacquelyn Barstow (custom made one) spawn with Barry. I don't know.
I've had pretty good luck with Matthew Hamming. I agree that it's hard to find someone in game that can procreate well. Oh, and stay away from Leiko. Cant remember his first name but his kids a 🐸🐸🐸🐸.
These are the cute ones from Hamming ((two are Vamps, and the other isn't)):

Seeing these pictures should remind everyone: Woohoo with care. You don't know everyone's genetic history.
I love that second picture! Was she with Matthew Hamming?
And I feel your pain with the last two. What father made those, lol? Reminds me of the horrific looking child Olga and Vladimir made (the one with his face and muscular body) so I deleted her instantly... seems like it's usually a hit or miss with the pre-mades!
From what I’ve observed about the genetics system in TS3, it IS all about the way the genes combine. I’ve found that sims who have average features tend to produce the most attractive offspring. The genes of Sims with very unique or distinct features have a tendency to combine in ways that are sometimes not so great. A perfect example of this is the offspring of one of my married couples, Judas and Jezebel. Jezebel is a very dainty and delicate sim, whereas Judas (who is actually very handsome in a rugged sort of way) has more severe and distinct features (wide, square jaw, prominent Grecian-type nose, furrowed brow, etc.) While Judas and Jezebel are both very attractive sims, their offspring look a little…off. Their daughter, Druscilla, inherited her father’s prominent brow and jaw…and her mother’s dainty little nose. The features she inherited make her look kind of like a grumpy old school teacher from the Victorian era or something, even though she’s just a teen. Their son, Draco, inherited his father’s nose and brow, and his mother’s weak, delicate jaw, so he looks almost…reptilian, in a way. Because of the way the genes combine, two very attractive sims produced children that aren’t exactly easy on the eyes….mostly because the parents’ features were very much on opposite ends of the slider spectrum.
If you want attractive offspring, I would recommend looking for a sim who has similar features to your sim. Another GREAT thing to do is to save each of the sims you’re considering ‘breeding’ to the bin so that you can go into CAS and utilize the ‘play with genetics’ feature. This will give you an idea of what the offspring MIGHT look like before your sims have children in-game. You can even produce several offspring in CAS to get an idea of what the odds are that you’ll have attractive offspring…if only one of the six children produced in CAS is attractive, odds are you’ll most likely get ugly kids in-game. I paired Judas with a different female in CAS for the purpose of experimenting with genetics and actually produced some very attractive offspring…so it really is all about how the genetics combine.
If you want to play with genetics, send your sim to the dresser and select ‘Plan Outfit’ to enter CAS, click the round button with the three dots on it, and select ‘save sim to bin’. Exit CAS. Once you’ve done this, start a completely new game in the same town in which your active sim resides (so you don’t have to change your active household in your ‘real’ game), and make the household of the sim you are considering as a partner for your sim the active household in the new game. Send that sim to the dresser and repeat the ‘save sim to bin’ process outlined above. Once you’ve saved your sim’s prospective mate to the bin, exit CAS, go into ‘Edit Town’, and select ‘Create Sims’. This will bring you back into CAS, and you can choose ‘use existing sims’ to pull the sims you just saved to the bin into CAS. Once you’ve got your prospective parents in CAS, choose the ‘Play With Genetics’ option to see how their genes will combine. A new sim will be generated, you can specify the gender of the child, and you can view it in each of the life stages, from toddler to elder, to see how the child will look. You can generate up to six children in CAS to get an idea of how the genes will combine, which can help you to decide whether or not to allow these two sims to produce in-game offspring. Granted, the in-game results won’t necessarily be what you see in CAS, but it can give you an idea of the odds a particular couple has of producing attractive offspring. You can even save the children you’ve created to the bin in CAS to pull for use at a later date.
My sim, Violetta, is actually a product of playing with the genetics of two of my other sims in CAS. She came out so attractive that I saved her so that I could pull her out of the bin and start a new family with her later. I eventually put Violetta into play in Bridgeport, and I used a ‘binned’ version of Judas in CAS to create her husband, Vincent. To create Vincent, I started with a saved version of Judas and made the features a little less severe, and then I played with Vincent and Violetta’s genes in CAS to see what their offspring might look like. They produced consistently beautiful children in CAS, both male and female, so they are allowed to have as many children in-game as they wish, because I am confident that any child of theirs will be attractive. I unfortunately have not uploaded this couple yet….I really should, so that people can use them. In addition to being easy on the eyes, they’re both really cool sims.
So yeah…I highly recommend the ‘play with genetics’ feature in CAS as a means to determine what a prospective couple’s children might look like in the game. That feature is a great tool to use to predict how genes will combine, it’s an easy way to generate sims for future use, and it’s TONS of fun!
the only sim I've had a baby with was Matthew hamming and the baby was pretty hideous.
Good to note! I'll avoid Matthew like the plague now.
I usually don't bother with NPCs or townies and have always made my sims fall for custom made sims but I think in Bridgeport, I won't play by the rules and I'll let nature take its course.
The bouncer guy at the Prosper Room (His name escapes me...) makes pretty good offspring. I paired my button-nose cherub sim with him, and while the offspring is still a tot, she's pretty cute. I can't wait till she ages up. Also, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD NOT MATTHEW HAMMING. His offspring is satanic looking.

Yes, she was with Hamming. The last two were with that Leiko fellow. Can't remember his first name.
I agree with the posts above me....it is MAJOR genetics. A lot of people have a problem with Hamming, whereas I've had a few good babies. It almost seems like all the men have to be metro-sexual or androgynous in order to have half way decent looking kids. Some of the men people have suggested....well, if you change the hair and put them in slightly more feminine clothing....well, you'd have a hot chick sim. No offense to anyone, all of your work is beautiful, but I prefer more rugged and manly men. A dying race I suppose! Lol. Sorry if I ranted! :?
Okay my simself and Matthew Hamming's first born finally aged up to YA. He turned out nice looking young man. So far so good with all the kids although the child years really scared me. After hearing all the horror stories I had to give it a shot.
You can see more about Stephen in this thread. I'll upload the rest of the kiddies when they turn into YA's.
I recently had my custom sim get pregnant by him and she ended up with twins. A boy and a girl. They are still only toddlers so I can't wait to see what they look like. They are both cute toddlers but that can always change.
I wanted him to marry my sim but it seems you can't marry him because he is an NPC. I've even tried to add him to the household with the master controller mod but he never shows up in the list of sims to add.

This is Kalita (I think). She looks like the most sweet and innocent vampire I've ever seen, lol. She's a little skinny but really cute.

Now I forget this one's name. Something like Josephine I think. She's not as attractive but I'd say above average with the right hair style and maybe color. She was born a platinum blonde like her mom but I didn't want any more platinum blondes in the house right then.
