Hi,
It's nice to get a good reputation but there is no reward at the end.
I would like to encourage the interactions with the neighbors and unlock some perks like a free babysitting, help with homework, teach skills, repair broken objects or deliver food.
If Simple Living lot challenge is set, your sims could also ask for ingredients.
If there are plants or farm animals, the neighbors and your household could share their products.
By making the life of the neighbors better, they will help your household in return.
I mean help them to find a job or love, be promoted, learn a skill or lend them money.
Neighborhood Stories could count too when your sim give an advice to a neighbor.
