Side yard view of back yard. The treehouse, garden, and outdoor kitchen are all shared spaces.
A feel of the design style for the main living space for the home on the left. A feel of the design style for the main living space for the home in the middle, which is slightly larger than the other two. All three have an open living room/kitchen/dining room area.
A feel of the design style for the main living space for the home on the right.
Layout of first floor has a kitchen, living room, bathroom, deck, and 'faux' garages that can be used for any type of space you like.
Layout of 2nd floor. (Mainly bedrooms and family bath.)
Layout of basement, which includes shared indoor pool, ping-pong, and gym areas.
Michigan Townhouse is a lovely rental 3 homes build! @SheriGR Very great exterior design of the homes, and very nice treehouse and kids play area. The outdoors kitchen and dining pergola is very nice. The garages are great! The furnishing of each home is very lovely. Very nice layout of each one. The basement pool, gym and pingpong areas are very nice.
I'm working on a trio of Brownstone-esque townhouses for San Myshuno's Spice District and have three options for their layout, though not quite sure which one to got for:
Any thoughts, suggestions, comments on 1 Old Salt Terrace (three floors with roof access), 2 Old Salt Terrace (four floors), and 3 Old Salt Terrace (three floors)?
The other day I came across pictures of the Biltmore Hotel in LA, and fell so much in love with the place that I had to try and build it in the game for my actress Alice to visit. Obviously there are some challenges when converting a house the size of a city-block to a 40x30 lot, but I did my best to stay true to the original feel of the place if not all the details.
Since there are no such things as hotels in game (yet) I left it a lounge, but I think it would make a great wedding venue as well. I left the top two floors unfurnished to reduce lagging and prevent the 20 or so sims that can be on one lot from spreading too thin making the place feel deserted, and instead focused on the lower half of the hotel. With it being a lounge I think most would gather in the bar naturally, letting you use the rest of the hotel more privately with a club or a party.
Ground floor: Foyer, bar, ballroom/dining room
1st floor: Wedding area, hotel rooms
Basement: Pool and sauna
Moreover, I advise that the cart button must be destroyed!
The bedroom is lovely! @manicpot8to Very pretty pink ,pastel and purple colours and lovely furnishings. The bar fridge and oven corner is great. Very nice wall shelving. Sims will enjoy playing the guitar and watching tv.
Biltmore Hotel is a very lovely lounge hotel! @JAL Very great sims gameversion of the real life hotel. The exterior design and windows are very nice. Very lovely furnishing! It looks very elegant! Very beautifully designed bar and sitting area and warm brown colour. The ballroom and dining room is very lovely. The wedding area is very pretty! Very nice design with the angled seating on either side of the aisle. The basement pool is great.
Tiny Gardeners cottage is very beautiful! @luckyheather Very lovely exterior design, pretty yellow color and lovely flowers, flowerbox windows and outdoors areas. The interior furnishing is lovely. Very nice sunny and warm wood texture of the furniture. The loft bedroom is great and pretty touches of lavender there, Very nice greenhouse and great chicken coop and outdoors dining areas. The gardening patch is great.
Thank you so much @rosemow for that lovely review of my Tiny Cottage I love using yellow flowers the most as they look so summery all the time I did notice I missed one of the bathroom pictures so I fixed that, im pleased you like the touches of lavender, that happened because of the bed I chose and then the sofa, I love purple shades and we don have enough in the sims. Thanks again I enjoy reading your comments as always
@rosemow Thank you so much for your always kind words. Merry Christmas to you and a happy and blessed New Year as well! 🌹
@luckyheather Oh my goodness... your tiny cottage is so darn cute!! I absolutely love it! ❤️ I also find the color and design choice combos soothing, homey, and just plain beautiful. It draws interest and conveys the country and homey feel of the lot magnificently! Well done!
@JAL Wow!! Your hotel makes me tired just looking at it! What a massive undertaking... and you did a beautiful job!
@BearyBry Your brownstones look great! I was just watching a program the other day about brownstones and their history, and if I remember correctly historically they were made with stairs to the front door that got you away from the horse poo in the road, and they also would have servant's quarters that you can enter off the street at street/basement-ish level (about half way down)... and both of those features remind me of the top version in your images.
@manicpot8to Your room looks like a lot of fun, and I bet it would be loved my many a teen... or adult, for that matter, that loves bright colors and fun content in their bedroom. Nice job!
Is it just me or does everyone have several building pokers in the fire that they keep meaning to get back to and finish off? lol
Got done with a new development in StrangerVille, transforming the old bar into a residential rental with a couple of commerical units on the ground floor, done in such a way that it fits in with the other buildings in the Plaza, so here is StrangerVille Main Street:

Thanks for looking.
If you want to download it (or any of my builds) I'm also BearyBry on the Gallery.
Strangerville Main Street is great! @BearyBry Very nice layout and design of each interior area. The gym and laundromat designs are very nice. Very lovely furnishing of the rental units on the second floor. The colours and the wall patterns are very nice. Very nice rugs. The upper level older style and a bit run down unit is great.
The Screaming Gecko Reno is a lovely restaurant! @tatselk Very nice exterior design and great hot tub and outdoors dining balcony. The plants are pretty. The interior furnishing is lovely! Very nice wall decor, wall shelving and pretty hanging lantern lights. The bar counter area is very nice. Very lovely dining area, with sims enjoying listening to the piano being played. The candles on the tables are pretty.
So I got my Brownstones finished and opted to go with the four floor option, which allows for five bedrooms (which of course can be repurposed for other uses), five bathrooms, a laundry, kitchen, den, parlour, library and dining room, so packing quite a lot into a 30x30 lot with three properties on it.

Third Floor
I did think about adding a basement but thought better of it, as I think these four floors above ground are more than enough. Right now it is down as just a Residential Lot Type, as I did have it as a Residential Rental but then couldn't change it back for ages (before finding a solution).
The other two 'units' of Old Salt Terrace are both just shells, so if you fancy downloading it and switching it to a Rental then you can put your own stamp on the other homes.
Your Brownstones build is very nice! @Beary15 Very great exterior design and very nice windows. The furnishing and layout of each level is lovely. The kitchen, dining, den and library rooms are very nice. Very lovely furnishing and colours of each bedroom.
Isda Riverfront Apartment is lovely! @zucchinionpizza It looks very peaceful. Very pretty exterior design, very nice roofing and great balconies. Very nice rock edged pond. The interior furnishing is lovely. Very nice patterned rugs and pretty doors and windows.

@BearyBry Love the gym in that build. Beautifully done and a bit of that dated, rough feel. Very realistic.
@rosemow Thanks for the kind comment!
@zucchinionpizza Your Isda Riverfront looks so homey! Especially like how you managed to squeeze in a pond in the corner to make it more nature-y.
