I went to school with my teens and they made friends right away (they had the cheerful introduction) and then when I had the make 10 teen friends it didnt count the ones already had. So i made Thriftea into a teen hangout so they could meet more
Ok this might (probably) sound bad buuuut ive been looking and cant find anything.
Does anyone know if theres a body overlay or something that smoothes the back fat of heavier sims?
I dont mind my sims being chubby or as heavy as the game lets you but I don't like the back fat for some reasons, to name a few is 1) i dont think its that realistic and 2) idk if anyone seen Zoidberg from Futurama but it makes me think of him and he creeps me out and gives me nightmares
Oh, trust me back fat is very real! I don't know if anyone has come out with a mod and/or cc to cure this problem. Have you tried having your chubby Sim work out?
I know back fat is realistic, I just dont think how they have like 3 back fat rolls is.
Them working out doesnt really do anything other than lose weight which I dont want and I thought if I had them just gain muscle itd get rid of the back fat but theyd still look how they look, but no its still there just not as "pronounced"
.number or size of the roll also depends on just how chubby a Sim is. I know that's true in RL. I'm sorry working out isn't having the desired effect on your Sim. Don't know what to tell you about that.

I find it interesting that I used MCCC to create a relationship between two of my Sims, in particular, from my Ancestral save. I created both families in CAS, separately, of course. But the fact of the matter is, these families had been friends for a long time, so it wasn't cheating in my mind, I was just 'setting the stage,' as it were. The long and the short of it is, I had the boy ask the girl out on a date. The remarkable thing about that was, as they two sat side-by-side awaiting their ordered meal, he got a call on his phone from the girl sitting next to him, wherein she was inviting him to a sleepover. (In reality she was said to be Quiet and Reserved) That's taking it to the enth degree. LOL (Frankly, I never saw her using her phone, she was busy gesticulating as they talked.) My, was she ever clever.
I have very rarely ever had my Sims invited out. Most of those invites were before Prom parties, not sleepovers. I feel your pain. It took ages (years) before I had a Sim die a Hysterical death, too. What can I say?

I'm not certain it's just the Teen aspirations that don't count things. If your musician has written songs, those don't appear to count already, either. I have had to use MCCC just to complete that aspect of Musical Genius because how many songs is he supposed to write before it counts?

So I have a sim that wanted to confess to cheating but….she never cheated on fiancé. I did a save and a save as (just in case things went wrong) then had her confess. Their friendship did take a hit but the romance bar stayed full. She did a few friendly interactions then the “regain trust” interaction which worked. His sad moodlet is gone and their friendship bar is almost full again. Hopefully she won’t keep getting tense every time she sees him. I’ll play for a few more sim days to see how this plays out.
Krista has a moodlet for interacting with aliens but I have no idea when or how that happened. No one she knows is an alien (or at least she doesn't know that they are)......
So I looked up that sneaking out thing and saw a Reddit thread about the same issue and one comment was "okay i asked this this morning and figured it out! you have to be using the ladder trellis for it to work. i didn’t know there was that option in the stairs/ladder section, i was using just the regular rebellious trellis!"
I had a platform I made, but apparently that's not good enough!
Anyway, I added that trellis, so let's see if it works now.... IDK if she'll start getting invites now that I did that or if she'll still just.... not be able to complete that milestone....
Edit: Went to test it....clicking the trellis and selecting "climb down" didn't work as she just did the "I can't access that" thing Sims do. So I tried locking the door and clicking the ground near it and selecting "go here" as people in the same thread suggested..... she proceeded to use the platform I made...... wot?!
Hi @KestrelDC The sneak out invite and using the window/trellis aren't actually related in gameplay. I've had a sneak out invite while living in an apartment, and just clicked on the ground to sneak out (my sim went through the front door and elevator).

Dangit, I was really hoping I'd finally be able to get an invite and have her sneak out for her aspiration. I really don't wanna cheat it. I made this save and family specifically to do these aspirations and do them legit.
Also, how do I best get more Social Bunny followers? I have Krista post and DM and tag a bunch but she seems to be stagnating at 316. Does knowing more people help? Her contacts/friends list is full, but that's not the same and IDK if it has any impact on followers.
I'm going to have to uninstall get famous because even though I have 'opt out of fame' turned on, my Sim keeps gaining fame and in this particular save, I don't want her to be famous. Unfortunately it's going to keep me from playing my Aspiring Actress save file but to each it's own. I don't want my rancher Sim to be a celebrity, and the game doesn't care what I want. So I will have to just remove the thing causing the trouble.

The best way to get more followers is to be on the football or cheer team. Actively post on social bunny and have a lot of friends. You could create a teen club just to meet more teens since a lot of them don't go to high school every day. Usually it just takes some time. I've had big jumps in followers after a few days. One of my sims had almost 1,000 followers by the time they graduated and I play on normal lifespan.
