@simgirl1010 I have no mods in my game currently. This sim on the gallery is from October last year, it is not flagged as CC in the gallery, but if it was a mod then the devs copied the modded UI exactly because those 3 little dots in the extra trait slot there are exactly how this looked in the livestream for Growing Together.
I downloaded this sim from the gallery into CAS and he does indeed have 5 traits, it is buggy though because once I removed all the traits I was unable to assign any new ones, even the standard three slots, all empty and nothing clickable, not even the randomise button.

With cheats, the limit of personality traits has been increased to 6 traits. This means that with cheats, you can add 3 more traits to adult sims.
That I think has been done (and have I done).
Oh... Then it's definitely mods then.
