Oh, my, I trust they were in the NPC households?
I wish, but sadly no. I have started sending some of my sims to have a little surgery (woohoo wellness mod) to keep them from having more babies, because I am drowning in them. I feel like an extremely underpaid babysitter 😥. Maybe I will undo it once all of my current babies, toddlers and kids are at least teenagers, but it will take ages to get there, as there are currently 20+ little ones among my played sims and the perfectionist in me does not allow hands-off parenting. It's the downside of playing immortal sims who only die when I decide so - you'll start to run out of space. Ellyn alone has 13 kids (to be fair, she only gave birth to half of them, others were dropped off to her doorstep by various exes and relatives), who already have 13 kids of their own. And she is not the only offender.
I was back to working on my youth hostel in the mountains. Because I sent my sims to a place with no decorations they were a bit sad so before I can send them out and about I needed to make them a bit happier.
I built a kitchen, a little kotatsu area, their rooms and bathrooms, and a small gym/dance studio. I also got a hamster called Elsa. Rosa aged up into an elder cat and I turned her back into a kitten again. I also swapped her messy eater trait for the one where she sings, it’s very cute. I built them a pet area.
I started with get together and the club system. Cassie is a sim who I never play but all my sims meet her and I really like her. She has joined Autumns green team and they will do cleaning, baking, looking after animals and plants in the hostel but they just baked a lot of cakes. Ana is a really nice townie I have and she has joined Summers Red team that will do more leisure activities like dancing and watching movies.
Winter just watched today but she will get a club too next time.

The day Justine married Father Winter...uh...Vincent Larimore Three older, protective brothers Home at last! Married and ready to start a family and grow old together.
Learning the violin to serenade his beloved. This is going to take a while. Manager in a lab New job, working towards becoming a chef.
Vincent used to be Father Winter, but I aged him down, and what a catch!
His skills are 10 parenting, 10 baking, 10 singing, 10 charisma and 10 handiness.
He's a Family Sim, a foodie and loves to read. Baby bump

Yes, the Socially Awkward Specialist in the medical field has fallen for a new nurse who began working at the Willow Creek Private Hospital. Astrid is a pretty brunette and the two are very attracted to each other. How long before they get hopelessly entangled? Will there be wedding bells in their future, will he stop picking on his older, famous brother? I have no idea as of yet. Erik has won 13 Starlight Accolades for Best Song, in a row. Will his winning streak continue? Only time will tell.

Another update, last one was pretty long. I want to catch up, I'm behind.
While delivering a 3rd sister to the cemetery, Justine saw her two older sisters.
She comforted Abigail, who was upset about being dead. The cemetery lot is residential and the two troublesome sister ghosts went into the
house on the lot and started a fire. They basically trapped Justine on the cemetery lot, she couldn't go home or Travel and she couldn't enter
the house to extinguish the fire, since no one lives there. Hours went by while I waited for the fire to die and Justine needed to use the bathroom,
she's pregnant after all, and she was tired & dirty. Finally the fire went out of the house
and Justine could call the fire department. Then the fire women proceeded to do a dance for Justine.
Maybe they don't make enough extinguishing fires and moonlight as dancers?

Very small update. My sims took time from Japan to go to the romance festival with new and old friends. They met the love guru who told Autumn her romantic future is bleak. Summer was told she will meet someone soon and Winter was told to look out for someone tall and handsome.
They got the t-shirts and a snow globe. I really enjoyed this one but the fireworks didn’t seem to work. Lots of nice pictures though. They are back at home now and Autumns club is still baking too many cakes but Summer doesn’t mind!
Fireworks? At the Love Festival? I thought those only went off for the Prankster/Jokester Festival.
They might, there are love festival fireworks dotted around the festival but it might be that you need to do the impromptu wedding or something to make them work, or they might just be decor
Doctor Joseph Alistair Cantrell, III was promoted to Surgeon. Before his promotion, he'd met Nurse Astrid Shipman. The two managed to hit if off, despite Joey's Socially Awkward Trait. After going on several dates, their feelings deepening for each other, Joey decided she needed to meet his 'many siblings' to borrow one of Erik's favorite phrases. Dropping her off after their breakfast date, Joey waited until Erik got back from his concert. Then he confronted his older brother to ask "When did you know?" After some prompting, Joey furthered, "When did you know you'd met the One." Then Erik grilled him some more. Seems Joey had a secret 'love-life' he'd kept hidden from the rest of them. After prying it out of him, which took a little bit of doing, Joey confessed it was only one girl, not the two or three Erik suggested it might be. Then he asked if he could invite her over for dinner. Erik gave the okay, but warned Joey to clear it with Erik's wife, first.
The Dinner Party went well. Astrid learned she shared a similar taste with Erik's wife, Kayleigh, since the two of them had on the very same earrings. She also learned that Erik was given to some pretty Outrageous stories, which Joey labeled an affliction his brother suffers from and the he was seeking a cure. Later on, Astrid pulled a Gotcha on Erik. She got him good, too. But he took it in strike and told Joey "I like her, she's all right."
Now, we just have to wait and see, if these two are just enjoying the time they spend together, or if this is for keeps.

Love the club idea, I hardly use it. Probably used it once to bring together all the grandkids and they spent the day at grandma's playing games and eating pizza. I should do that again. I'm enjoying your adventures.

Aww thank you, yours too! I’ve had get together for a long time but I’ve never really used clubs at all, so I wanted to try making some. It does seem very good and useful, but my green club really does just make a lot of cakes 🎂 😂

Ellyn sent her youngest set of twins for the first time. One of them started a food fight, while the other got into trouble for trying to kiss people without their permission. Perhaps she should have waited for another year...
While rotating to a another played household, I had a very entertaining and 100% unscripted event happen (absolutely no player input from me, at all except to answer the door)
Delaney is another character in my unfolding story. She moved to a new town and kept running into these really strange people who all had scars and extra-ordinarily long eye-teeth (at 3 different community venues)! Then one day while she was doing laundry, she received an unexpected phone call, that spooked her ......
(I use mods, so it was probably from that, but still sort of freaked me out a little too because it was so unexpected! LOL)
After the phone call Delaney decided to place an ad for some roommates so she was not alone in her big house.
One night while her and 2 of her roommates, Candice and Adyen, were watching TV, there was a knock on the door and a very, sad and mopey looking neighbor came inside. Delaney and Ayden looked like they were asking him what was wrong.
He then proceeds to whip out his phone like he's checking his messages and in my head I immediately think "Uhhh ohhh, girl trouble!"
While they're all talking to Don, there's another knock on the door, so I cam over to see who it is ..... YIKES! That's one ticked off look Lilith!
I direct Delaney to answer the door and introduce herself and Lilith immediately starts going off about her phone and showing it to Delaney (at least in my head, that's what she was doing LOL)
Meanwhile, as Delaney and Lilith are outside talking on the front porch, Don starts telling Candice about whatever happened between him and the ticked off chick on the porch, then in walks the other roommate Dan, who nonchalantly sits down to eavesdrop on Don and Candice's conversation, cause he doesn't trust Don and secretly has a crush on Candice.
Then next thing I see is Don leaving out the back door. I figured he was going home and avoiding the front porch where Delaney and Lilith were still talking ....ummmm, NOPE!
He decided to lay down on a beach towel in the middle of a thunderstorm to end his life!
Suddenly, there's a LOUD CRASH and a buzzzzzzinnnnng sound! (made me jump cause I wasn't expecting to see him get fried!)
Phewwww he survived! He walked back inside the house and looked around and was like "I don't even want to talk about it!"
After he left, Lilith and Delaney came inside and Dan told Lilith to calm and not to go running after Don.
Then Lilith being all distraught, decided to go outside and mop up the puddles.
And that was all happened in about 5 minutes RL time!
@Chicklet453681 I think that's the Wants & Fears that gave you the weird threatening call. Had a few of those in my games, and I've had most of the mods I use for ages.
It's nice when the game gives such gifts. The Random gameplay, et al. Sounds like you had a good time.
Without saving at all, I just randomly clicked go on vacation > Batuu. Didn’t get very far but it was fun to see them there. Their low needs and fears and acne stopped them having a great time but maybe one weekend we will go properly 🙂
Rotated to another one of my played households tonight. Created 2 clubs of singles to meet at the same venue and set the club activities to Romantic stuff so my 2 girls could meet some eligible dudes.
Wellllllll ....... Taylor invited her guy back to her place for some coffee and he was literally there 2 minutes when things started heating up!! Actually you could say it got HOT!

My Simself and her sister are home alone while mom is at work. Its the first day of Summer vacation, and we invited our crushes to meet us at Taco Bell. Mom dropped the bomb on us last night, that since its Summer now, we will heading off to Summer Camp in the morning, for at least some of the Summer. Ofc, she was letting us know, so we could say goodbye to our crushes. My simself, finally got the nerve, and asked her crush to be her boyfriend, and he said no. ::( XD
After Taco Bell, we got caught in the rain as we headed home. My simself was depressed from her rejection, and decided to go jogging.. in the rain. Well, she jogs past the park, and sees her best friend making out with her crush!
Guess we know why he told my simself no, eh?
My simself's best friend is also coming to Summer Camp with us, so I anticipate lots of drama in the coming days! XD XD
My sims went out and about in Mt Komorebi for the first time and started on the sightseer aspiration there.
They got some new winter clothes, went to a lounge in the residential area, took selfies with the mascot, swam in the river and got a prize from the vending machine. They just need to go to a snow festival and they can move on to part 2. ❄️
