An new features in CAS to be able to separate & put hair accessories on sim hairs, new different types of eyelashes, new Psychic career, & maybe to be able to edit or build houses in hidden world.
Most of my (pretty much all of it) wishes has been said, but here goes the echo chamber:
- A castaway island world with a massive jungle and beaches. No civilisation or buildings beyond what you build.
- Occult Fairies. With the ability to hypnotize people to leave the property, instill good or bad dreams and glide-walking.
- Surfing, add surfing board (and surfing skill) for normal Sims and give Mermaids the ability to surf on their tail.
- Woodcutting and more foodcooking options over open fire (meat, stew, soup, etc).
- An idol/altar where my Sims can pray to the spirits of nature and invoke sunlight (happy buff and the Sim has to be hit by a single sunray), rain, wind (energy buff) and storms.
- More off-the-grid furniture and castaway clothings (I want my palmleaf shirts and skirts).

We want: Faeries, with a good ability tree, hopefully before summer 2024.
What do we want to get rid of: The holiday bug, the constant showering and the weed glitch.
I would love if they could expand the map in delsol. such as adding 2-3 lots in the regular neighborhood and 3 - 4 lots down town to also include apartments. and then maybe a beach lot with 2 more residential lots. I love the look of delsol but is mostly set dressing and that's a waste. cars would awesome. kids being able to ride bikes. strollers for babies and toddlers. some type of create a world and the ability to make my own apartment buildings.
• Fix ALL (or most) bugs.
• Rework on all existing lacklustre DLCS. (Think Spa Day, but maybe better)
• Do nothing but meaningful GAMEPLAY DLCs for the last years they've got, no more barbie dolls content.
• No more worlds, we've got plenty... just get the above done first if its a priority issue.
Only then I can see TS4 having longevity long after TS5 is released, but with EA... I'm not holding my breath.

Better apartments (as a lot type rather than stuck to specific lots, more than one elevator/lift per lot, and with full multi-family housing so terraced houses, for example, can be fully utilised, small streets can be functional)
Continuation of object colour palette unification and cohesion (same swatch across all items in a set, or pack release, including faded, run-down swatch where possible)
Proper functional fairground/funfair objects and lot we can create ourselves. Complete with spooky run-down swatch on all items.
Hotels proper. Comes with good palette of colours, but also run-down swatch. I have a theme going, you see.
Raise terrain around lots, not just inside the lot area (or let's just say the ability to create and share our own maps, like the old days)
Planes, trains and automobiles. Stations, airports, functioning garages, with necessary eco-impact for those that want it. Run-down swatches on all objects as standard because theming the apocalypse is important to me.
More proper black goth clothing and longer length trousers for male and male-presenting Sims. Also more long hair for same.
Bands/performance implementation. Several sorts of bands and instruments, but don't forget METAL, which must be EXTRA LOUD, and cause complaints from neighbouring properties.
Zombies. For the apocalypse.
A wicker man. The residents of Henford-on-Bagley have put in this special request ahead of the apocalypse.
Focal audio level adjustment (this is for Simmers, not Sims. Just lets you hear a louder level of music from an object lot-wide rather than the object's location. There is a mod for this, but it should just be an audio option as standard, IMO). Admittedly super-low on my wishlist, but nice QoL if it's implemented. May cause headaches if many audio devices are played at once, of course.
Probably more than that, but can't think of them right this moment.

I just want the Cottage Living errands to be fixed and work right! And the glitch in the restaurants to be fixed where the order for table won't disappear after paying so you can't do anything else in that world because they will run back to the restaurants to order over and over. AND FIX THE VAMPIRE RUN OUTDOORS THE THEY BROKE WITH THE UPDATE THE FIRST OF THE MONTH~~~~~!!!!!!!

Preteens/a stage between child and teens.

Lot placements like when had in TS2 and TS3.

PLEASE FIX TEENS IN TS4! I NEED YOUNGER TEENS NOT YA TEENS! (^_^)Please add Music Bands with lead singers! Please add vehicles and garages! Vehicles have always been part of The Sims.

OK OK OK! I don't know how long will 2022 be over, but all I want is singers, because I must get my R&B radio station quicker before the early 2020s will end as soon as my simself can't sing 90s urban music
1) More holiday traditions and multicultural items such as muslim, jewish, buddhist, hindu, and indigenous customs 2) parrot pets (full fledged) 3) tweens/another life stage between kid and teenager 4) a museum career / stuff to do with museums, zoos, aquaria, etc., maybe a curator career or paleontologist career, that kind of thing 5) more musical instruments and creative hobbies!!! drums, where are drums??? we could have weaving! more developed sculpting options? 6) 90s retro stuff!! (also y2k, both would be perfect) 7) More activities and skills for kids, more aspirations for kids, maybe going to school with kids like we now can with teens, and that would all extend to tweens should they be added - just make the kid parts of life more interesting! 8) in that vein the adult stages should probably be broken up more to make it more interesting but that's a little more complicated and probably not possible before the game is done, but stuff to think about in the future I guess 9) disability stuff like wheelchairs and other mobility aids, hearing aids, stim toys, medications, etc. since that stuff is a part of life!! 10) complete gender customization so you can have your sim be whatever you want - more options, not fewer! stuff like identifying gender labels, "gender neutral" clothing, intersex diversity, and so on !!
Oh thought about another thing.
I wish they would add more negative impact consequences, like if there's an adult angrily marching to stomp down a playhouse for kids at a playground, you as the parent should be able to discipline that adult. Simply being rude and implying mother is a llama is not enough. Or when random sims come and kick down your trashcan.
Remove the hard cap of 8 sims per household so that I can actually enter full CAS with my over 8 households so that no one gets deleted. You lose quite a bit of functionality when you have to pull them in one by one.
I'll put in another vote for Create A World, because seriously, why can't we yet? Don't recall anyone saying anything, unlike the color wheel and the difficulties with putting cars in. Your worlds are pretty, but I have a long history of playing in only my own and would like to continue that.
Otherwise, I'd be happy with most of the suggestions already made on this thread.
I'd like if they added cars that sims get into instead of just fading from existence when they travel, that'd be cool. But honestly I just want them to focus on making the game no longer glitchy before they leave it.
