I like the trashy look of the werewolf stuff for a rags to riches or hobo challenge. Can we have small appliances that look worn and repaired over and over to match? Like the bath bub in Strangerville, but smaller.
I hardly use any small appliances (I think my sims still haven't eaten popcorn though I have had movie hangout stuff for some time now and I have put that machine on some lots ) but cotton candy would be nice to have
I think Cotton Candy Makers would be fun for parties, Deep Fryers I am actually amazed we don't have considering we have Dine Out. I feel like a fruit juicer would be an easy add. But what I would really like to see is Air Fryers.
I wouldn't mind it if they finally added the ability for kids to make their own sandwiches and such. Lemonade stand... and when the heck do we finally get to grow sugar?
Pizza oven from the Sims3 the most. Also one of those counter top pizza rotators would be nice.
Would love cotton candy machine, juicer, toasters, and air fryers too.
I deck out the kitchen even if my sims aren't chefs. I've wanted new stuff in this category and exercise forever(when I say this, I mean new and not just junk we already have with a different look; hated that in the Sims3 and we have enough of it in 4) I mean new never had before with new interactions.
Problem is getting new content for the kitchen or gym without getting copies of what we already have is like pulling teeth.
Actually, all of the above. Stuff pack or game pack please, not just a kit with only one. Also, wall mounted microwaves and kitchen cupboards and hoods that function as lights. Seriously who hasn’t heard of under cabinet lighting or hood lights? Also, dimmer lights with less power consumption: 5 or 8 instead of 10. Especially the LED candles in the game. Maybe even a detail with stuck jars and jar openers: or even pliers :)
Rubik's cube to add logic from child +, waffle irons, and super bounce ball (to possibly break vases, and other valuable items, or the whole house even), hair dryers, the equivalent of legos lying around the house as landmines for stress or anger or un-comfortability, usable calendars to give sims a sense of being, record players, usable hoses if closer to the house for gardening, more options for flower garden beds inside and on the windows outside, artist table for inking illustrations for comics and novels, dental floss for an added amount of healthy smile confidence, drinking cabinet for storing preserved mixed drinks from the bar, electronic/hand fans when it overheats in seasons, conductor stand for when learning from a music piece or when preparing for the music career, Gameboy equivalent for child + video game and fun, hand torch for when it's dark or a candle from Eco-Life, happy sac with new skill and fitness training with a tournament, a note pad option for when you're inspired to write notes on a that or on the phone that once read can inspire later on, having an actual paddle ball to cure boredom or when a sim is fine, magic 8 ball, sling shot for mischief child +, chocolate/cheese fondue fountain for weddings or rich sims, food mixer/processor like a thermo mix to steam or boil or blend foods, harmonica new skill and sounds for toddler +, recorder/flute new skill and sound for toddler +, water blaster (water pistol) for mischevious children + best used in hot weather, cook book decor (shouldn't just be limited to a skill than another art form), drying rack for dishes rather than them just appearing from no where, sauce bottles, salt and pepper shakers, spice rack, etc.
I just like crafting stuff. Anything that the Sim can craft with, I will take. If typewriters for off the grid authors, or for a spoof on Peanuts. Also would like to be able to write horror stories with the writing skill, unless I missed it somehow. Wonder why the terrified moodlet wouldn't give you the option, like how playful unlocks playful books and so on.
Back to small appliances, can we have a way for vampires to save blood for later, like make a plasma pack by attacking a Sim using a tool or something? Might make sense if you have to have said tool to make packs with fish and frogs. I mean, how else did the plasma get filtered and carbonated?
Also, could witches have a broom and wand making station, werewolves have a way to create their makeshift stuff, mermaids keep a portable water supply, and whatever else that would just give them a little boost in their occult states? Occultism don't have much to help them, except the spell casters.
I'd like a working toaster with 4 slots, a food processor, functional mortar and pestle, air fryer (different styles), electric pressure cooker, regular stovetop pressure cooker, rice cooker, blender, juicer, etc.
I use an air fryer all the time (my oven is broken so I constantly use the microwave and the air fryer).
Wall mount microwave or a microwave that can sit on a shelf or cabinet made for a microwave (they do make microwave cabinets). This particular cabinet was one I got for my friend's kitchen and I painted it (it was unfinished oak)-- it was still wet when I took the picture.
I wouldn't mind some small can openers even if they are just for decoration
From small
Medium
Large
I would also like some kitchen timers that could make sure Sims don't burn their food
They can be simple wind-up ones
to digital
Toasters
Pressure cooker (this is the one I have)
Rice cooker
I think I have enough pictures here to choke a horse. LOL.
I would think if another electric item is missing it has to be electric kettle.
It irritates me no end how enormous a kitchen has to be, to have sooooo much countertop as to accommodate all these appliances, that can only do one thing, and cannot be stored in a cabinet when not in use. Exception is the hot pot, can be stored only in the open Snowy Escapes cabinetry which cannot store any other appliance.
Zero made an electric kettle as a CC item, that thankfully, makes all the tea options. I wish it also made coffee.
At my house, a kettle lives on the stove and us boiled for tea daily, as well as pour-over coffee and French press. A stove top Mokapot is for low-tech espresso.
I haven't used an automatic drip coffee maker in decades. Or a slot toaster. We have a convection toaster oven (now marketed as "air fryer" that makes the best toast, but also small pizza, light warm flaky croissant, reheats cold pizza or pastries without making them soggy ..things no vertical slot toaster can do, plus it has a removable basket for "air frying" things like okra, onion rings, fries or chips.
Sims3 had the deep fryer but air fryers are more current.. That and instant pots but I haven't tried one.
The electric appliances in my kitchen are a food processor, air fryer of the convection toaster oven type, bullet blender, and fruit bullet thing that makes soft serve or sorbet from frozen fruit. I love that thing! Frozen banana becomes a twisty cone instantly. Oh and microwave.
I feel like auto drip coffeemakers, pop up toasters, blenders, deep fryers, all scream mid-to-late 20th Century.

I can't speak to instapot specifically, but I have two farberware pressure cookers and they are fantastic. I use the 8qt one for beans/stew/soup and the 6qt for rice. It does take a lot of space on the counter though. Never had the nutribullet thingy. Air fryers are great. I love the one I have. We use it all the time. I'm about to go use it to make some pork chops. As you said, it functions as a toaster. I still use my toaster separately though. Ooh, I like the idea of soft-serve / sorbet. It's a fruit bullet blender?
Good to know that convection = air fryer. I still miss my 3.0cu ft convection microwave from Montgomery Ward. You could cook a turkey in that thing.
I currently have a Kitchen Aid mixer, Kurig, drip coffee machine, blender, Instant Pot, Toaster/Air Fryer/Oven/Etc, Microwave, Food Processor, Bread Maker, and probably a few others that aren't on regular rotation lol. So any and all of them would be good!

Alternatively I'd like toy ovens and juicers for children and small front yard sales stands for kids.
I'd also love a rice cooker!! I wish one came with the Snowy Escape expansion.

We have an ice cream machine in the Cool Kitchen pack.

@AncientMuse What sort of crockpot? I have a collage:
I will add roasting pans
Mixers
Food processors
Pasta makers
Toasters
Can openers
Kettles
Mandolines/slicers
Graters (from simple handheld ones to industrial)
Electric Grills
There are so many appliances that could be added.
