I had one of my Sims marry the Grim Reaper & now they have a lot of kids.
This is Ariel Vatore, daughter of Lilith Vatore and my character Lucius Garliclauter. This is how she aged up to teen and I just changed the hairstyle and added some makeup. She's a vampire like her mother but is on the good vampire aspiration so she doesn't bite. She's friendly and social so far. That's dad behind her.

Greyson Reese - Son of Syrai Reese and Duane Talla (IVF via a mod)
Haliegh Reese - Daughter of Alexia Reese (wife of Syrai, CAS added sister of Eric Lewis) and Duane Talla (IVF via a mod)
They both just aged up to teens and I turned aging off because I'm not ready for Syrai and Alexia to be elders. I would also like for them to have one more child with Duane even though he's married to Alexander Goth now. Not sure who will be the heir.

This cat girl's face came up after hitting the dice a few dozen times in CAS. The eyes are one of those stuck CC's that shows up often in CAS. I cycled through some skin tones and started finding a hairstyle that suited her. I was so happy with how pretty her face was. So I ruined it with too much makeup and fangs. There you go...
I had to delete my save from November because it was buggy and only half of the sims in that legacy were given extra days while others weren't. Only one sim had the athletic trait and he passed away. Some sims and pets weren't aging on time and that was also odd.

You have my sympathies. I got into the habit of doing a 'Save As…', with each gaming session hoping to 'work around' the saves becoming corrupt. I had started my Cantrell family with just the parents so that all five kids would be born in-game. By the time Erik had mastered singing and guitar and piano, I was only able to play him as a singer Sim with the Road to Fame mod for a very short time before it stopped working. The people over at the mod creator's Discord, walked me through to better detect if it was a mod thing. Sadly, the mod was just fine. Upon further testing, it turned out Erik was the Sim who was corrupted. From that time on, I've restarted the family with the first four kids being Teens. I've also used MCCC to cheat up skills. I really wish we could set their levels of skill while in CAS, since it seems totally absurd that a parents of Teens and then Teens, themselves, would come out of CAS completely without even the basic skills!
I thought they were so cute, also it was nice to see all the notes in the family pictures I made to know that the twins were brought into the world by their father. Poor girl has five older brothers to bother her.
