Wow! I didn't know that still happened! I've had one double abduction ever and it was back when Get To Work first released and abductions were much more frequent.
Since I started playing again, I decided to go natural with no modding abductions and I still haven't had one yet. They went from an overabundance to nothing.
I'm guessing now it's based on using the telescope or being a Scientist?
@elanorbreton This looks so peaceful! That's my favorite couch now. I love it so much! And you've never had an abduction, ever? Wow! I had so many back right after release that I couldn't take it and modded them out.

My Scientist Sim just died the other day from an abduction, He froze to death on the way back down, it was a blessing actually bc he was being abducted at least once a week and had six alien children, one of those being a set of triplets. After that I moved the rest of the Family to Sulani and aged up/moved out the alien kids. We do not stay in touch. lol

I did move Sumo into the general direction of napping Daniel, but him raising his head in the right moment to nuzzle the sim was his own doing. Good boy!
This made me miss my IRL dog that passed away 7 years ago. He use to do that to me every morning, but he was a black lab. Funny we had a St. Bernard in the house at that time though.

I wouldn't say that, although others would. My very first abduction in Sims4 had everything to do with my Sim being out in the evening. He was a Detective, a Widower and finally decided to meet up with a female co-worker who was given to flirting with him, at a bar. As he was on his way home, lo, and behold …strange lights in the sky. Hallelujah! I was ecstatic. Sadly, no issue. But then again he was an older gent. His son and heir, on the other hand got abducted shortly thereafter at his own wedding. I quickly canceled the action, which brought my groom back almost instantly, then regretted I had possibly scuttled my own goal. Nope, he was preggars. He got married and his bride got preggars on their wedding night (I was playing Pinstar's Legacy Challenge, at the time. Was working hard to get to that tenth generation. So, they ended up with what they called triplets. She gave birth to a girl, despite the carrots eaten the Alternative music listened to over and over again. Then he gave birth to a girl, and then a boy. I needed the male to carry on the Legacy. Phew. After the second abduction, the Dad kept getting abducted. IT added to my storyline that they were checking up on how the child, whom he REFUSED to send back was doing. Finally, they stopped harassing him.

You shouldn't remove the photos from imjur. The link won't work, if you do. When you click on the photo you wish to share, it will be larger and on the right side of the screen there will be buttons to click. Choose the one that is fifth from the top, which states it's for forums. Better luck this time. I use imjur.

Oh, I have a Sim who is Erratic. She often showers outside. Often out front, too, where the Paparazzi hang out. Never mind that she's a Proper Celebrity, and that her second son is a Global Superstar. If she feels like showering in the rain, there's no stopping her. LOL
