Does anyone know if My Wedding Stories came with a soundtrack? Composer Ilan Eshkeri usually makes a few new tracks for packs and I'm wondering if he made any new ones.

They do look like pyjamas! 😂.

It reminds of the scene in Despicable Me where Vector is denying he’s wearing pyjamas but a warm up suit.
‘What are you warming up for? Sleeping?’
    ‘These are not pyjamas!’

Ha ha, I rmemeber that. XD

This outfit works for a few select sims with their figure seems like it's more flattering on more muscular sims for a casual, comfortable suit.

But chances are gonna be using this for more pjs. :D

The pyjama suit also gives me destination wedding vibes... "Remembered to grab the suit in it's protective cover but forgot to pack a shirt or tie". The rest of the luggage is honeymoon relaxation clothes (swim shorts, maybe a tank top or two) so wouldn't match the suit.

Or "tore my only shirt at the stag do" vibes.

It will also be amazing if we ever get body hair for that '70s style chest baring with medallions kind of style.

Now that you mention it I can see that now without the shirt and tie. Got no choice but to wear it now. :p

That one oversized looking suit I do like as it's something I'd see my grandfather wear often to church. Works well with my elder sims.

Game packs always have new CAS/Build/Map music so I really hope they added to this pack too, but I don't have it to know.

The pack is okay. I feel like if you're going to use it, you need to already have the steps in place on how you want your sim's wedding to go

    1. have guests seated
    2. Have ring bearer and flower pal walk down the aisle
    3. Have bride walk or be escorted down the aisle...you get the picture.

I play tested it and I didn't have any issues really. Most things worked and some I hadn't tried yet and some stuff just didn't work at all.

I was wondering if someone can let me know if the option to leave someone at the altar is gone?

The events that aren't the actual wedding seem to work fine for me. The actual wedding doesn't work. However, because I had no base game option anymore it did kinda force me to get creative on how to have a wedding that functioned.

I don't plan a wedding now I plan a black and white bash and have tweaked a museum into a wedding venue. All the pack bb objects work. It's less micro managed. I do have the couple go to pick up the cake and flowers prior. The atmosphere is more fun, lively and my guests at least look formal even if they don't sit. I don't have to micro manage so many details and I think even if it gets fixed I'd still operate this way on occasion because my sims and guests are all enjoying the party... none are groaning in boredom or crying or about to pee themselves. So that's been a "get creative" bonus.

So I'm glad the bb items work without me having to plan an actual wedding and operate fine anywhere.

When sims draw on the snow or sand together they don't actually draw together.

Nothing works as expected. Maxis should be ashamed they launched a pack in this state.
The changes came slowly at first. Most didn't realize, or didn't care, and accepted them. They chose a comfortable life.

Rofl not going to get over this being a formal outfit, guess it'll fit a certain type of sim, but on the plus side I appreciate more pajamas for male sims tho. :p

That outfit is definitely pyjamas, not a suit. Especially since the footwear is (or at least looks like) slippers.

That was LadyKyn's styling to illustrate, but when you look in game the pajamas are categorized as a suit, flagged for formal, and not flagged as sleepwear.

One more example of TS4's very bad outfit flagging.

They had a sim wear that outfit in the trailer during the wedding ceremony. I think it's meant to be a suit, maybe it a new trend among those who also don't wear socks. 🤣

The shoes are slippers. These are pyjamas! 😂

PSA: DO NOT GET MARRIED ON A BEACH!

My sims just got married on the beach and although the wedding was relatively smooth, all the guests ended up going for a dip somewhere between the ceremony and the cake cutting. So I ended up with this. :D

Let me guess, it's a California thing.

Question: If the MWS weddings replace basegame weddings, how do you get the unlockable items? MWS weddings don't have goalposts. Are those items now unlocked, or what?

I'll look if you can tell me which reward items from the BG wedding are "unlockables" normally. I know that many of them are always available in BB without needing unlocking, so knowing which specific ones to look at would save some time.

Thank you. I'm thinking of the Wedding Pillar with Floral Basket.

Actually I'm gonna tag @EA_Cade because it seemed like an oversight or something.

@gordy, I loaded into a household that has never been played to make sure it wasn't a household which inherited the unlocks from previous generations without me remembering.

It's still locked with MWS installed, and the tooltip still says you need to complete the goaled wedding event in order to unlock it. So it looks like anyone who has the pack will need to either use console commands (i.e. cheat codes) or mods to access it, and any other unlockables tied to the old wedding event.
