I should know this already but is there a way to stop fame decay by using MCCC?
Try this setting from an ingame computer: Computer:MCCC > MCCC Settings > Gameplay Settings > Motive Decay > Fame Decay Percent
If you set the decay value to 0 (zero), then there will be no decay.

I'm trying to use MCCCommand center. Bust the dust and summoning sulani ancestors is not working. How do I fix this? Please help. Thank you
Bust the dust settings or commands are not available in the current MCCC version.
But you can swith on/off the bust the dust effects using Game Options > Pack Settings > Enable Dust System.
As for the sulani ancestors, I'm not sure whether I understand your question. Are you asking about the summoning of the island elementals? For this you have to add the "Child of the Island" trait to your sim, using the following command from the sim's MCCC menu: Sim:MCCC > MC Cheats > Cheat Sim Info > Mood/Buff Control > Add Buff

Sorry, I have no idea. Never heard of such an issue.
I'll forward this to Deaderpool, maybe he has an explanation for this (honestly, I don't think so).
@GalacticGal - Answer from Deaderpool: There is no correlation between those two events. More likely, there was some sort of delay between when the game saved and the cowplant dying being persisted so when the game was saved, it was still "alive" according to the save file. Cowplants have been around much longer than Fame Decay.

The three lines starting with "Created..." are showing that everything went well and the Sulani elementals were created as intended. As for the log everything looks fine.
Do you get other error messages, like a "Skript Error" or "Last Exception Error" message? Those messages pop up in the game in an orange message box.
MCCC 8.1 is the latest version of the mod and as I said before, it shouldn't interfere with the game functions needed for the ancestors.
We also haven't heard from a similar issue on our MCCC discord or on the patreon server. There are so many people there, that we would have been literally flooded with posts, if such a bug would exist. So honestly I have no idea what's wrong with your game.

I did take a look at that thread before I came over here. Mostly, it's all about March's patch. I finally just decided it must be one of those innocuous patches that isn't a Mod Buster. Thanks for the reply.

I've been using this mod for awhile, but not all of the settings. I need to know what, if any, settings will keep my three couples from having children, while I leave them on their own to follow the only sister. They've all gone through Uni together, but she's heading for Starfleet. I intend to take her through the Strangerville scenario as her 'first' mission. I will be leaving aging off for now, but I don't want her brothers, who are all engaged at this point, to go off and do something (like get married) without me. Nor do I want pregnancies to happen, again without me. Forgive my ignorance, but if I may have a walk-thru on what settings will help me out, I would be grateful. Please, and thank you, in advance. And if there's nothing I can do, I also need to know this, so I can adjust my gameplay, accordingly.

@GalacticGal You probably want (MCCC > MC Pregnancy > Pregnant Sim Selection > Bypass Played Households), and (MCCC > MC Pregnancy > Marriage Sim Selection > Bypass Played Households) and (MCCC > MC Population > Moving Settings > Bypass Played Households) wouldn't hurt either. Just make sure they're marked as played in manage households (not just favourite them).

Best idea is to use the flags, like you already did. Sim:MCCC > Sim Flags > MC Pregnancy > Flags Affecting Offspring > No Offspring
A Sim flagged with this will never become pregnant, or as an actor they will never cause another Sim to become pregnant. Permanent birth control, basically.
There are also some other useful flags.
