I don't have precise ideas, but ANY that would expand on the "get to work" and acting careers; where it's the job you actually GO TO. More career options that actually utilize that for play, I enjoyed having my sim actually work versus the time just going fast while they're "away". I really think BURGLAR would be a really fun one! You could pick which houses and items to steal, add a "stealth" like trait for your sim to work on. Many of the ones mentioned would be fantastic and a lot more fun added to the game! I've been rather disappointed in the last few since they aren't adding as much change in game play, Star Wars being one I REFUSE to get, If I want to play Star Wars, I'll play an actual Star Wars game...
I have 3 expansion pack ideas that I came up with on my own, but after skimming through this forum, see that many of us share similar awesome ideas! :)
the first expansion pack is to have like a faerie and elven type realm that perhaps EXISTS within that absolutely stunning and mystical secret area place/ hidden world of Sylvan Glade that is hidden in the Willow Creek neighbourhood. That place is so dreamy and lends itself to soooooo much potential of super fun gameplay that we have never yet quite got to in all the history of the Sims games thus far.
The second expansion pack idea is to have like an underwater realm/ Atlantis/ Ariel's castle and 🐸🐸🐸🐸 from Disney's The Little Mermaid (based off of the classic Hans Christian Anderson tale) that of course exists and expands off of the ocean and mermaids and in general world of Sulani. I got this idea from being super excited and happy seeing the minimal (but awesome) underwater world that is part of the Sims 3 Island Paradise expansion pack. But I mean like waayyyy more than that, like a mermaid community kinda and you can build coral houses and the babies and toddlers and kids and teens are all full on mermaids with their own quirky occult mermaid stuff at each age, and there are like merpeople jobs and more fashions and they can still interact with the people of Sulani like how it already is now with the Sims 4 Island Living!!! :)
The third expansion pack idea is one that I know is very beloved and requested and others here have explained it so well with such good ideas, so all I'm gonna say is : a SIMS 4!!!!!!! "Generations" pack for goodness sake EA!!! Please man please.
So lastly, I just want to say that I truly feel all 3 of these potential packs I listed would ALSO be great because all three have opportunities to create new and further explore the different Sims folklore that already exists within all the previous Sims games (1, 2, and 3) that I think most of us are really missing in the Sims 4.

I have never written in one of these thingies before, so I don't really know how they work or if I'm doing it right, but I just want to shout out to the Sims Youtubers plumbella and steph0sims, I love you guys, you provide me with so much joy and fun and you are beautiful people inside and out. thank you!
I am one of those players that dont tyoically use occults in game although I would be down with a fae pack. Something set in Ireland maybe with a secret neighborhood that is a fairy neighborhood. That would be interesting.
I am all about travel experiences and more indepth gameplay. I would love to see more advanced relationships and online dating.
I think a cruise pack would be awesome. You would go on a cruise ship with buffets, casinos, comedy shows. Splash pads for the kids and maybe a wave rider. Every other sim day you would arrive at a different port. They could have a handful of ports but you would only go to 2 or 3 each cruise. Ports could have beaches and craft shops and a handful of excursions. You have to choose what to do there because your time would be limited.
I loved the new world we got with the Snowy Escape. Would love more worlds like this, where each area is different for the others. Would love a traveling expansion pack with a new world or two...or three. Or four...
1. African world: - Area 1: like south africa with a coastline where you can go surfing on waves and live in modern beachapartments, I also would like to see some penguins walking on the beach here. It can be like in Sulani with the turtles. - Area 2 on the map: could be in the desert, with smaller huts and if the sim goes hiking here, they can be attacked by wild animals. Would be cool to be able to go on a safari here and see wild animals. Like the hiking in Snowy Escape. Area 3: A town with hostels. Here tourists can plan to go hiking up a big mountain. "Kilimanjaro." Area 4: Madagaskar with these big trees and again small huts and beautiful white sand beach. - Also in area 2-4 it should be mainly black african skin people living. - Also would be amazing to get maroccan building stuff. The moroccan style is pretty unique and beautiful!
2. Australia world: - Area 1: City, with the opera house. Hostels and hiking spots. Here you can also plan to go diving to great barrier reef. -Area 2: Rainforest with a lot of animals and bird sound. Another hiking spot through the rainforest. Would be cool to be able to spot a kangaroo. -Area 3: Beach area with surfing on the waves and beachapartments. Rent a sailboat or yacht and enjoy the weekend. (sleeping, relaxing, eating on the boat.)
3. Greece world: - Area 1: Santorini with a view over the blue ocean. Restaurants, houses with indoor/outdoor pool. Round houses with blue roof! A real vacation place! - Area 2: A town with a lot of historical places. Here you can go hiking to old castles and take pictures. - Area 3: Even if this is in Italia, it would be a cool with an area like Venice. With building surrounded by water with these special rowing boats. And also small bridges to get around in the town by foot. - Area 4: Tiny Island area with small huts. Here you can instead of hiking you can go island hopping around and explore new places.
4. Scandinavia world: This world should have longer daylight hours in the summer and shorter in the winter. - Area 1:Swedish summer place with round rocks with the ocean. Here you can jump out in the ocean. You can also make a flower wreath with the flowers from your garden in the summer and celebrate with a midsummer party. In the winter you can go ice skating or ice fishing on the lake if the ice is safe and the weather is cold enough. You can also go skiing around the neighbourhood. Area 2: Town with a viking bar and some hostels. Here you can plan a trip to a mountain to go skiing all the way down. Area 3: Mountain with northen light and possibility to see Polarbears. Skiing. Look out for avalanches if the weather is too cold. Hiking trails.

As I said before, I would like to see an anime-style world, with different types of clothing for men such as male clothing similar to what Roy and Marth wore in Super Smash Brothers Melee with the plated armour, capes and boots and Link from "Legend Of Zelda" with the different tunics, tights and hats. And the female clothing can be like Samus Aran's blue tight outfit and the different dresses that Princess Zelda wore from Legend Of Zelda". And females can dress like the "Tales Of Symphonia" characters Presea Combatir, Raine Sage, and Colette Brunel as well as be able to dress up like Sheena Fujibayashi from "Tales Of Symphonia". And females can have the option to be able to dress up as Muffy and Celia from "Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life". I think it would be fun and interesting to have an anime style world.

Africa is at the top of my bucket list so it is a solid part of my dreamed up expansion pack lol. I think African culture is incredibly rich.
I do see the allure of South America. If I made these decisions EA would be pumping out World Packs in between stuff and game packs.

I can't believe we had the same ideas for an African and/or Australian world and some of the same ideas for what they could include! I hadn't read your post yet, I am so sorry. I am all for an African or Australian world because as I explained in my post, we haven't had a desert kind of world since Oasis Springs and there could be completely different things to go with them. I have seen Simmers create carousels and even though they are beautiful, they are not functional like the carousel in the World of Wonder Carousel Collection it would also be wonderful if this amusement park game pack included: a carousel a rollercoaster a gondola a fun house filled with mirrors lots of stands for food, popcorn and cotton candy

"Home Improvement" Main content: *New World with some Modern and Retro homes. *Get into remodeling or home décor designer profession, you use all the packs you collected to decorate. *Gain sentiments from doing a bad or good job with the client's home. *Works with Get Famous where you can gain fame from with being the best designer or be infamous from bad a job. *More consequences good or bad.
Content: *Video Camera to record before and after to add the collection DVD collection or on USB. *Able to play on modern TVs. *The Sim trait gets bored if they haven't designed or move their home furniture around. *Base Game update for Slumber parties.

First let me say I love that you guys added a magical realm. I think it would be really cool to add a stuff pack for it to include a wizarding school similar to hogwarts so while kids get their education they can also strengthen their magic through courses. It would also be cool to have a little community like hogsmede. I also would like to see magical careers for adult wizards and witches. I hope you guys think about this because it would be totally awesome!
An idea for an expansion pack i have for Sims 4 is a country/ western/farm pack. I could picture other animals including pigs, cows, goats, chickens, sheep, and horses being available as pets and the horses could be ridden to. Careers could include horse racing, or being a cowboy/cowgirl, and activities such as rodeos ( as long as they make it so the animals dont get hurt). New skills could be lassoing, horseback riding. New houses could include a farm house or log cabin and western and farm outfits could be added!!

Man I wish we could drive in the sims, like some real cool travel stuff, like all types of cool cars - sedans, compact car, luxury cars, sports cars, garages with mechanics to fix and customize the cars. Private jets, luxury helicopters, bmx stuff like 4 wheelers, dirt bikes, motor cycles, etc. and have a realistic drive experience. why do we have everything but this. the sims is a real life simulator game, how come you guys will not let us drive. I feel so limited to walking and running and disappearing as I travel. If you add this I promise you your community will love you even more so much. This will be so big for the sims 4 community. Please trust this.
More worlds please!! Another customizable world with open lots like Newcrest would be awesome! If world backgrounds, and world environments could be redesigned by us to fit more building styles that would be fantastic!!

Africa is at the top of my bucket list so it is a solid part of my dreamed up expansion pack lol. I think African culture is incredibly rich.
I do see the allure of South America. If I made these decisions EA would be pumping out World Packs in between stuff and game packs.

It may be worth mentioning, Greece has many elaborate festivals and they go big for Marti Gras...

I can't believe we had the same ideas for an African and/or Australian world and some of the same ideas for what they could include! I hadn't read your post yet, I am so sorry. I am all for an African or Australian world because as I explained in my post, we haven't had a desert kind of world since Oasis Springs and there could be completely different things to go with them. Here are some ideas I have:
Money and Finance EP - loans for all kinds of purposes, real estate careers, personal bank accounts, burglars, casinos
High School EP - Expand the high school experience, exams, popularity, cheerleading, prom, skateboarding, mall where teens hang out, cops
Happy Hunts EP - you know the idea ... Seance boards, paranormal career, crystal ball, carnival and carnival NPC, Makin Magic vibes overall
Showtime EP - bands of course, concerts and recordings, maybe even a supermodel career with fashion shows and runways, maybe a magician or illusionist career, maybe even a circus?
Summer Camp EP - Send the kids to summer camp, space camp, military camp, scout camp. Bunk beds of course !!! In general, a little to disconnect from the adults and go out for an adventures for children only!
Build a city EP - build a new city, be the mayor, city hall, a new update that will allow multilots in one lot, small businesses, real estate, condos or community living of any kind
Sims 4 zoo
Bunch of new animals run your own zoo like you might run restaurant or shop
Sims 4 vacation expanded (add more cultural spots)
Sims 4 rollercoaster park
Rum own rollercoaster theme park
Sims 4 athletics
Add more athletic opportunities and careers. Like karate master who runs studio or horse back rider with horses. Bring back the horsessssss.
Sims 4 outer space
Travel through space and go on adventures / discover new planets / face off against antagonist
Sims 4 connect
Connect virtually sim players through sims 4 connect . Players ad one another or join/ create world's that they play in
Sims 4 pandemic
Sims have to face disease and doctors/scientist have to work to find cure others have to avoid getting it
Sims 4creative arts
Add more creative arts activities more music options like harp

2, travel expansion pack, a way for my sims to go to places around the world, like Italy, India, and Australia.. This expansion pack could have actual hotels or motels and activities that are related to the culture of that country, like we have in Snowy Escapes..
