Ooooh, I got the gift giving action again, but this time I figured out why. My salaryman husband worked overtime, and this is an apology gift he gives his wife for having come home late. From her expression, it seems she's used to it.
She ended up with a plumbing upgrade part in her inventory, so I think the husband is giving random items from his inventory.
Everyone's pictures are so awesome!!!! Wow, impressive.
I took my Gen 7 legacy family on vacation. They live in Sulani & had just celebrated Winterfest so it was perfect timing for a getaway.
Father/Son Sledding Gone Wrong.....
My toddler baby getting slammed into the snow. I laughed so hard as I had no idea it was a thing, but I felt so bad for him as it was his first time sledding & he was so excited.

The Proposal
After two kids, two break-ups....Callum & Balia got engaged on top of the mountain. They've been through so much together, but their bond got stronger on this vacation:
This sentiment & Balia's whim to get engaged....couldn't ask for a more perfect time to propose:
Ahhh so many stunning pictures! TS4 are all very photogenic, but I think that Sulani and Komorebi take the first place in being so visually pleasing it almost makes me feel like I was there myself <3
Fun on the slopes & at the snow-sculpting festival afterwards. I love how busy it is, all the sims are coming out to play! Before, I'd been getting annoyed at seeing mostly random NPCs everywhere, when I'd created over 100 sims for this save. Now I'm seeing a lot more of my own sims! Not sure if that was just a coincidence, or something in the patch, either way, it's cool with me!
Im so happy with the vacation my legacy family took. The mom is very athletic and she brought her alien best friend, who she usually jogs with, to do the more extreme activities
while the rest of the family did some sightseeing and hiking.
The kids made friends with local kids and they plan to become pen pals and maybe even invite them to Windenburg
I am still exploring the world with my new Sim Tanya. She is starting to develop some lifestyles (currently in progress: Energetic, Outdoorsy, Single and Lovin' It and Frequent Traveler) and that feature seems to be interesting.
Enjoying the day at Hanamigawa Koen!
Meeting new people at the Festival of Snow!
Enjoying a glass of wine at the Hazakura Lounge!
And getting crushed by a vending machine for the first time! (It can't all be fun, after all this is a life simulation. Also, she got to go to the Onsen after.)
Great pictures everyone!!
Snowy Escape has lured me back to TS4 (not sure for how long) and I decided to start a new save with my self-sim to explore Mt. Komorebi.
Looks like Sim Jase just arrived and ready to explore to Mt. Komorebi.
While taking a selfie, he met a local name Tsuda and they seemed click fairly quickly.
Tsuda invited Sim Jase to the Hazakura Lounge for a few rounds of karaoke.
Next they went on a hike through the town until they reached the top of Mt. Komorebi.
Then they enjoyed some fun on the bunny slopes...
...before they finished the evening with dinner at a new restaurant in town.
Since I really haven't had much time to play, that's all I've got for now!

I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to do that....

Visited the hot springs after a day of snowboarding.
She keeps giving my Sim a dirty look, lol. I'm sorry! I forgot to take a shower before getting in, okay?!
I also like wandering the hills.
I can test that later today ^^
He talked with new friends on a walk to the historic shrine.
Haha nice picture
a little woo hooing, and some other sims didn't leave to give my sims privacy. but that didn't stop them.
Leah and Asher sledding!
Aleki is nervous his first time skiing. He is from Sulani so snow isn’t something he is used to.

Sunset snowboarding
