I am in absolute awe of your Fruitville Village @luckyheather! Such attention to detail! I love the different products they’re “selling”; very creative of you to put a “clothes shop” and another plants shop. I love the inside. It’s cool and simple with lovely natural wood colors. Which lot does it go on in Sulani?
TS2 Fruitville Village is a lovely eco living community marketplace for Sulani! @luckyheather Very nice design and layout! Lovely pergola hut areas for sims to enjoy selling their goods on the tables. The furnishing of each area looks so very nice! Very nice outside dining area for sims to enjoy sitting at the picnic table having food from the foodstand, or enjoy sitting on the stools having meals made using the fridge or on the bbq,The dew collectors, insect farms, solar panels are great at the venue! Kids will have fun on the swings.and it is very nice there is a busking area. Very beautiful water fountain feature with the sculpture, candles, flowers and flamingo!

Thank you very much @rosemow for such an amazing review of the Fruitville Village in Sulani I am so happy you noticed so many things I added for sims to use or enjoy while they visit. I felt that the Islands needed a community space and the Sims 2 market gave me the idea Thanks again for your comments I appreciate the time you take.
Thank you @orenjiAi I am glad that you like the different stalls and the inside of the main building, I try to leave room for sims to get around and not clutter it too much I believe that large plot in front of the mountain was where the Chieftains house was, I did clear that world so I can build on all the plots.
Hello Spring is a beautiful light filled Springtime kitchen! @chips46 The white colour scheme is very lovely and gives the room such a nice light, open Springtime outdoors weather day feel and look! Very nice design, furnishings, and layout! The Springtime wall mural is very pretty! It looks very lovely in the room! The cabinets are great placed around it to form a nook. This is my entry for BuildNShare CHALLENGE #141 - A Fresh Start.
Traditional wooden home surrounded by a white fence. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a small laundry room.
A front yard with flowers and a porch gives you the welcome. From the entrance you access to an only large space where you can find the living, the dining and the kitchen. All decorated with soft tones with some touches of colour. In the back yard high plants and trees give privacity and shadow. You have a porch area as well. For more details, see the descriptions in the picture tour.

White Fenced Home is a lovely tiny living family home! @AIRIS6962 Very pretty exterior design, colour, wood texture, lovely flowerbox windows, and the flowers look so very pretty along the white fencing! Very nice backyard and side areas for sims to enjoy painting on the easel in the sunlight, playing chess , the guitar or have fun playing basketball. Very nice gardening nook! Very nice open plan interior layout and lovely furnishings! The soft warm restful natural colours, and wood walls, are lovely!
I have posted more about your home on your showcase thread.
I like how you “sell” your builds @AIRIS6962 Also loving the overall color scheme (yay team neutrals!) and how you found use for the decorative fireplace. I always hated the chimney flue in TS3 but your build made me miss them for TS4. I also like what you did with the headboard for the master bedroom and absolutely LOL’ed at “online classes” for the kid’s room. It’s a lovely cozy build.
Thank you very much for watching my pics and read the descriptions and most of all, for your wonderful and lovely comments @rosemow and @orenjiAi
This time I took ideas from my own recent experiences in RL: I visited some tiny wooden houses in exposition and I loved all of them. And at the same time I was looking for a decorative fireplace for my home, that I don´t need for heating for the same reason that I explaing in the pic tour.
About the "on-line classes", that´s part of our "new normality" and sims are part of it always
@chips46 I adore your spring kitchen! @luckyheather those bungalows are so serene, I could live there. @AIRIS6962 Your little home is so pretty and so well laid out. I love the garden and the patio too!
I decided to throw my hat in the ring for the Kelsey 100 Baby Challenge on Buzzfeed Multiplayer
For my floor plan: Master Suite incl bed, closet, shower and hot tub. The common area is open concept with access from the front door and the mud room. There is a baby nursery for three. The toddler nursery is also for three, it has an ensuite which is a regular bathroom with three potties. There is a sliding door to a patio with tunnels and a slide. The room is full of toddler skill objects. The children/teen wing sleeps six. There are multiple skill objects and six tiny & toilet shower rooms. There are four sinks with mirrors. The children's wing has side yard with room to play in the sand, monkey bars and swings. Upstairs is empty on purpose but stairs could be added in the mud room.
My favourite room is the small living room. I tried to keep a cottage feel throughout.
100 Kelly Way is a lovely family cottage! @JojoMOMSTER Very pretty exterior design, Tudor style wall patterning and stone walls, and very nice greenery on the walls. The lavender flowers are very pretty! Very nice kids outdoors play areas! The interior furnishings and the layout is lovely! Very nice bedroom and nursery rooms designs. The floor rugs are nice touches in the rooms.

Large rear garden with swimming pool, outdoor dining and lounging areas, sauna, generator shed and childrens play area plus many balconies

The pool, outdoors living and dining areas, and kids play area are lovely! Very great furnishing of the interior of the home! The design of each area is very lovely! Very nice open plan layout of the living areas. The natural wood texture of the furnishings is very nice. Sims will have fun playing ping pong and enjoy playing the piano with sunlight coming in through the nearby window. The piano corner nook area is very nice! The musical notes and trophies are very nice on the shelving. The basement movie and gym areas are very great! Very lovely furnishing of each of the bedrooms! They are all very nice!

@AIRIS6962 I love your tiny home residential White Fence Home! It's very cozy and practical; I could see that existing irl. I really like your use of the Island Living shelf in the living room as a tv stand, stereo stand, and book shelf, and the garden out back is lovely.
@JojoMOMSTER that's a lovely Tudor home! I think the vase you added under the tv console table in the living area really adds to the cottage feel.
@masajo 9152 is fabulous; I wish I could live there! I especially love the home spa, theater, and master bedroom with walk in closet and ensuite

By the way the extra front hut with Eco machines in the floor disapeared a few times but my sim used it fine and floor was there.
