Yes, I do. I normally do a 10min HIIT workout and just resistance training using my own body weight since I don't go to a gym. 😂
So mostly, burpees, jump squats, (I used to to some laying down abs workout like crunches) but since my back is still healing, I just do standing ab workouts. Some jumping jacks for a bit of cardio.
Below is my workout routine put together.
Tuesday:
20 negative pushups
20 jumping jacks
10 jump squats
10 burpees
30 big arm circles
20 negative pushups
20 jumping jacks
10 jump squats
10 burpees
30 big arm circles
Saturday:
20 lunges
20 jumping jacks
20 donkey leg
20 side leg lift up
30 jump squats
30 big arm circles
20 lifted pushups
10 burpees
15 comandoes
20 table pushups
Standing abs:
40 High knees
20 Extend and leg twist each side
20 extend and crunch each side
40 oblique jacks
30 front toe touch
20 Cross over toe touch
20 woodchop each side
20 warrior
20 side leg raise each side
And then after that, I will listen to music and jump around and lip sync to the songs like I'm at a concert for another 40 mins or so. 🙈
Hi. New here and to the game. I am having trouble with my sim. I chose the "Active" trait and I am not sure why my sim keeps getting tense due to a lack of activity. Every morning, at 5 am, I have my sim go for a jog. My sim then does miscellaneous chores around the house till 9 am when it is time for work. Then, my sim does required home assignments and goes to the gym. As soon as my sim gets home, it fixes dinner and does a few thing around the house. After only a couple of hours, my sim gets "Tense" do to, and I quote "Not enough exercise"! What in the world am I doing wrong?

I don't know. But judging by the dumb game, it's probably a glitch.

I have played Active Sims, and housework does NOT count as the kind of physical activity they need to stay happy. And once a day is also wholly inadequate. You may have to get them a physically active job with exercise rather than sitting, as advancement requirements, and have them do pushups, situps, stretch, and jog frequently. Also make sure to get whatever objects you have the packs for that let them get exercise: examples include swimming pool, exercise equipment of course, but also soccer ball if you have University, Basketball hoop if you have City Living, and I can't think of others but there must be some. So keep a home gym available and see if a more physical job helps. You can also change a lot trait to "bracing breezes" to encourage your Sim to exercise more autonomously.
Edited to answer DeKay's question.
This weekend, I hope to do some de-junking of parts of the house that need it the worst, get in some more strength training, and def do something about Hubs getting back wearing an underarmour workout shirt that had me at full attention...!
How bout anyone else? Weekend plans?

Yeah, me and my uni friend has this joke where we go "Ding d.ong". < Y'all better not tell the mods about this cuz I got a warning for doing this last time with 'bad' words but the context here isn't supposed to be bad. It's supposed to be the sound of a door bell. 😂
For forum-friendly answers it's pretty tame but "crudmuffins!" is an utterance I've used in "tender eared" company. If I'm hurt badly, though, I don't care who's listening, the gloves come off.
In frustration, I've adopted "Bosh!" though I have no idea where that came from. Maybe my dishwasher? It's a Bosch.
What do you do to wind down?

I haven't had a favorite color since I was a kid, and I'm red/green colorblind (or impaired because I can see bold shades just not subtle) and just plain don't notice colors in daily life unless there's some overriding reason to. Even in build mode, having to fool around with colors is a pesky detail that takes forever and drives me nuts. Form is much more important to me than color, past "light" or "dark".
Gonna pass that question on to someone with a better relationship with color than I have...
