Today. I went shopping with my mom and I embarrassed myself twice.
1) I thought my mom was behind me when I found a super soft sweater and told her to touch it. It wasn't her.
2) We went to a shop with cheap/fun decoration stuff. There was this christmas tree decoration: black, glitter and in form of a t-rex. I wanted to show it to my mom and the string ripped off and it fell on the floor and shattered. All eyes on me

Not sure if this counts as an upgrade, but when my Dell Inspiron got knocked from a chair while charging and the charging port ripped out the plastic housing in the base, loosened, then stopped working, I replaced it with a Dell M4800 Mobile Workstation business laptop, that for a quarter of the price of a gaming laptop, gives me the backlighted keyboard, great graphics resolution, ports all over it for everything imaginable, and a much better Sims game experience. Plus a steel case so no more plastic-housing disasters.
It was an upgrade of sorts, and that was just before Halloween.
