I'm in the process of rebuilding/populating all of the worlds for my game.
I think I have more than enough residential lots(I've been turning some of the bigger lots into multiple trailers or condo's to house 6-8 sims each), but I don't really know what I want to do with Magnolia Promenade. I think I've visited the retail lots there a total of once,,,, when they came out lol.
So, what did you all decide to do with Magnolia Promenade? :>

So my sport and wellness Sims go there a lot.
I actually like the promenade itself and the world in general.

I'd love to hear more about your retirement home!
Something wicked this way comes!
I don't use MCCC.
It's awesome, I have a big two storey house with 8 single bedrooms upstairs with 2 shared bathrooms, then downstairs there is a kitchen, small toilet cubicles, a big dining room and an activity room with games and a tv, bookcases, also a pool outside and the ring toss game and a small garden. I put all the retireea into a group so I can make them all do activites, like read, yoga, play piano and sing as a group. Then occasionally I take them on days out to the community garden or to other community lots. I use a butler as the caretaker/chef and a maid to help keep the place cleaned. I like using the call to meal action to make them eat together. It's so funny, some of them are grumpy and erratic or slobs, so things get pretty strange! 🙂
A smile is the prettiest thing you can wear
Time enjoyed is never time wasted
I'll probably use it for residential, if I ever run out of space. Maybe.
