sorry as it keeps taking to me the help center HQ and I just want to ask you guys as I get better answers and fast help
I am connected to the internet but my PLAY button on Origins is shadowed over where I cannot click on it at all it doesn't even give an option. Before that it said "new add on content ready for install" but I don't see anywhere to do this "install" so I then went and purchased a new stuff pack, installed it just fine and it STILL wont let me click play. so I went to my recent downloads and tried to click the play button through there directly on the new stuff pack I just bought and still nothing. ive closed down origins and reopened it and nothing. is there a must to update that has happened recently and maybe that's the "new add on content ready to install" is?? and how in the world do I download the new update?? thanks for anyways help

I am MAC and had an issue with Origin the other day and I was advised to run the Origin reset tool which worked for me:

Try shutting down your computer completely. Then restart the computer, log into origin, and see if the issue remains.

thank you I completely shut down my computer and did a couple updates on my labtop and it is now working. im a pc
yes I went ahead and completely shut down my labtop again, it finally said I had an update on my labtop and I did it. It finally worked. I still have the new add on content ready to install on there but I have no idea what that could be. thank you
