    Do you want more occult packs?

    Just curious as to how many players want more supernaturals and how many would rather see something else. Also, I'm sure most that say no are still excited for the people that want them, so I hope nobody gets upset over this poll! :sweat_smile:

      I'm in between the two options. I don't mind resources going towards them, but I'm not anxious for them either.

      So I said no, as there are other things I'd rather see, but if witches got the 'vampire treatment' I'd be open to playing them. I almost always play human sims, so I do need to explore supernaturals more(I have yet to do so in 2 or 3 & don't have vampires in 4). I just hope we can turn vampires and future supernaturals off as I don't always want them, especially when it comes to vampire break-ins. Clearly, I need to explore supernaturals much more!

      I wouldn't mind, however, most of my time is spent playing normal sims. The vampire pack, whilst amazing, is very niche and doesn't get used very often. I found that the vampire pack was like a game within a game. I would much rather resources be used in more realistic gameplay.

      On the one hand, I would really like to see Witches and Faeries added to the game, on the other hand, my gameplay generally avoids all of the occult stuff entirely. I have yet to actually play a vampire, and haven't really explored anything about vampires in my game beyond learning enough to make garlic stuff to keep them away. Same with alien and plantsims...haven't really done anything with that stuff other than try to avoid it.

      That's pretty much been my history with occult in all the sims games, other than being willing to dip my toe into the magic aspect with at least one generation in a generational game. I'd have voted for a more middle ground if it was an option.

      I can honestly take'em or leave'em depending on the occult. Would like to see something else, but wouldn't say no to them. Kinda in-between.

      If done as well as Vampires and being not so much intrusive I'd definitely want to see Witches (or sims just being able to use magic in general). Mermaids though? I found them to probably be one of the most useless occults down at the bottom with werewolves. Really only good for aesthetic purposes in my opinion.

      I prefer a magic pack like TS1: Makin' Magic than a witches pack.

      Definitely no to mermaids, werewolves, fairies, etc. packs. They are way too niche to have a pack of their own.

      I would love more occults in the game. Perhaps it would be nice to have one pack with several occults so people who want occults can finally have a decent number of occults to choose from and people who don't like it, can avoid them by not getting the pack. And option to turn them off would be a welcome addition. Just because I want to play with occults doesn't mean I want them in every save.

      If people think they are niche, well the whole media and production table in get famous combined with yet another internet career (influencer career with already a social media career in the game) feels that way to me. I think there are a lot more people asking for occults than people asking for additional options for our sims to make money online.

      I get it that sims 4 will have less occults than sims 2 or 3 but it should catch up a little bit. 2 occults in 4 years is way to limited.

      Honestly, I wouldn't mind official versions of the werewolf, mermaid and sorcerer mods. Personally, I'd love centaurs but I understand the rigging of that would be a nightmare. Plus they'd need to add a whole new category of clothing and remake animations for plenty of things entirely. I can still dream though.

      I love occult sims, I'm really hoping for witches or fae-type sims (like fairies or elves). The only occult that I don't want is zombies. I still fence in my gardens in the Sims 4 out of habit and fear from the Sims 3. *shudders*

      A nice good/bad system for magic would be cool, too. Call me the next Voldemort.

      I'd like to take a third option: Please give me witches and then do something else.

      I am an occult player, but if we get witches, all the essential occults I want (witches, vampires, aliens) will be in the game. I wouldn't mind plant sims getting a little update, or having even more occults in the future, it's just not something I really need.

      Oh, but if werewolves ever get their own pack, they should call it "The Wolfpack". :p

      I love the supernatural so yes I definitely want werewolves and witches back in the game. Any others would be a bonus too.

      I'm not a family or generational player, it gets so boring for me once children are born, so I am dying for some more occult Sims to break the monotony.

      I'm in between like others. I don't mind them being added but they aren't my main style of play. I will likely get the witches pack when it comes out but beyond that I'm not really interested in the fairies, mermaids, werewolves etc.

      I play a more realistic style of game and am looking more forward to more things like casinos, vacation destinations, bands, etc.

      Not for me. However, if we could get a witches (magic) GP that got as much love as the vampires GP, then I'd be all for it!! But other than that, ihave no interest in any other supernaturals.
