Sorry for the late reply, work has been hectic lately. The room is absolutely beautiful in my opinion. The semi darkness of the wood contrasted with the bright pops of blue look amazing joined together.

Modern Mediteranean is a very nice home! Very nice design of the exterior of the home, and the outdoors areas are very nice! Very nice roofing! The hot tub and pool patios and outdoors living patio areas look very nice! The layout and furnishing of the interior looks very nice! Nice brown colour scheme of the home. Very nice living room areas for sims to enjoy sitting resting in front of the fire watching tv or each sitting on the chairs listening to the white grand piano or bass being played. The items on the dining table and picture on the wall add a nice look to the dining room. Very nice design of the kitchen! It is great that there is a workbench and bar stool counter. Sims will enjioy sitting on the stools eating a meal. Very nice furnishing of each of the bedrooms!

@romagi1 , Modern Mediterranean is beautiful. You really captured the mediterranean feel with the exterior and the decor. Already downloaded to get a closer look and I love the backyard and your interior with all the little details....like the little shelves you put in the garden, the fire you created on the patio and the pool area, the open air patio off the master and the living room, the way you made the desk in one of the girls' rooms, etc. Great job!!!

1.Sure! You can use which ever colors you feel will suit the build.=) tans, browns are just some of my favorites.

Besides the cow and the garden is there anything else you would like in the yard?
Maybe a little play ground for the kids if possible? like the sand box and the spring rider? and a little area to have summer cook outs, like a picnic table and a grill. Sure, sneak peaks would be nice, thank you!

Hi @Springfairy556, you wanted to see a peak. I've put in some of the landscaping so it doesn't look too bare. You will need to MOO the mailbox back in when you get it. It does work as is and I've adjusted the milk-can so the mailbox will pop in on grid, no wiggling to get it in place.

So pretty! I really love how you did the drive way to! Sculpting skill is fine.=) My sims don't really have any skills at the moment except gardening.So the sculpting is good, glad to know there's space for future skills though, thanks!

Glad you are liking it so far @Springfairy556! I've been building it with a med to large country family in mind. The side addition has a kind of catch all sun-room on the lower level and a toddler to child playroom in the upper level. Each child room has 2 beds and a crib and you can always change the reg beds out to bunk-beds if you need more. If you put a ladder right beside the top of the steps there is an unfinished attic area if you need more room. Along with the extra room for teens to park the multi level barn is set up for a teen hangout and sleep overs.
Is there anything else you would like to see while I'm working on it? If it's done or close to done I'll get a pic for you.
