Skill Cheats Not Working!

Since I patched my game today, the skill cheats are not working, and neither are the sims.remove_all_buffs. These are the only two I have found so far. I hope this gets fixed soon. Are the money cheats working?

Also hire gardener isn’t working and I noticed there is no social media option on the computer anymore.

I have the EXACT same problem I want my sim child to level up on Violin but I can only do that with the skill cheats :/

You are always so kind and helpful Rose. But I do wish the developers would work these out BEFORE they release a patch.

They wouldn’t have been aware that this was going to occur

They use their own cheats when testing which may be different to the cheats we use.

I would like to add that this does not only include skill cheats. I have been using this cheat so much:

sims.age_up

This ages sims up or kills them by old age if the aging is turned on (if it is off, then it won't work).
This cheat is so unpopular that I found out about it on TwistedMexi's Reddit page of skills. Here's the link:

This cheat appears to be broken, too. I have even tried putting SimID after that, but it still didn't work even when the aging was turned on.

We don’t know what the Developers are particularly working on, and which bugs will be fixed for the next update patch. We just know that they are aware of the issues and are doing their best to try to fix the issues.

From what ive been able to guess, any cheat that affects a sim directly (ie, skills, buffs, moodlets, etc) isnt working. Guess i picked a bad time to make my vampires human and have them master cooking...

Do we know when the next patch update will be? It seems really weird that they would release an expansion with this many bugs. It's a good expansion, especially winter, but I feel as if you age up before you can really put a dent in leveling up your sims without the skill cheats.

SimGuruGrant has posted that there will soon be a patch update to fix some of the issues. We don’t know what will be fixed or when it will be released, but the Developers are working on it.
