Sims 4 Expansion Packs Ideas.

There are just brief notes and ideas for sims 4 expansion packs, not fully detailed. I usually come up with random ideas like this during class, like when my teacher mentions something it gives me ideas for expansions. Kinda like the breakthroughs in the scientist career. I have spaced out ideas for each expansion using roman numerals and I have added some separate notes underneath. How I have laid it out is how it is in my notebooks. My ideas are mainly original. If you have read something or made up something with the same ideas, I apologise and I was not aware you came up with or read the same thing or a similar thing. Please note, I am not good with naming expansions and my ideas aren't complete, I will add to them eventually.
The Sims 4 Vacations:
I. A new world like TS3 Isla Paradiso which you can live in + take a vacation to.
- Villas
- Hotels
- Tropical themes
- Huge world with separate islands, some hidden.
II. A separate world with 4 islands which you can take a vacation to.
- More Villas
- More Hotels
- Different Themes Per Island For Different Vacation Experiences! We could split it into cultural and stereotyped countries. For example, we could have an British based Island with tearooms, palaces, seasides etc. We could also have a paradise kind of island with beaches, beach huts, villas etc.
III. Beaches added in the two new worlds.
- "Build a Sandcastle" interaction with sand available to Toddlers - Teens.
- "Sunbathe" interaction with towels, umbrellas and stereos (Like TS3 Island Paradise) available to Teens+
- Ability to get a tan, sunburnt and include suncream. [CREDIT TO @cocoarson!]
- Swimming in oceans
- Beach Weddings
- Beach get togethers and parties.
IIII. Mermaids
- Open Ocean
- Can only live underwater and cannot go on land unless the sim has a reward trait.
- Underwater world where mermaids can live
- Strengths and Weaknesses (Like TS4 Vampires)
IV. Scuba Diving
- Open Ocean
The Sims 4 Famous:
I. Celebrities.
- Paparazzi
- New writing interaction: "Create an Auto-Biography"
- Stars, like TS3 Late Night, the more stars, the more famous you are.
- Can't do anything embarrassing in public otherwise everyone would know.
- Get copies of magazines and newspapers with you in.
II. New active "Acting" career.
- Possibility of becoming famous from starring in movies.
- Ability to be in movies.
- Ability to audition for movies and commercials.
- Ability to go to acting award ceremonies like The Oscars.
III. New active "Singing" career.
- Possibility of becoming famous.
- Ability to write & sing songs in a recording studio
- Sims songs going on the radio.
- Concerts.
- Ability to go to singing award ceremonies.
IV. New active "Director" career.
- Possibility of becoming famous.
- Ability to create movies and cast actors.
- Ability to design costumes
- Ability to write scripts
- Ability to shoot movies.
V. Public Concerts
The Sims 4 Education:
I. Active School.
- Ability to go with toddlers to daycare whilst adults are at work.
- Ability to go with children to grade school and attend classes.
- Ability to go with teens to high school and attend classes.
II. Active Education Career
- Choose which school to teach at.
- Choose which subject to teach
- Ability to be promoted into things like Deputy Head and Headteacher.
III. University!
- Comic book stores, coffee shops, movie theatre.
- Different degrees that will impact career performance.
- Basically, just like the Sims 3.
The Sims 4 Medical: (Not so sure on this one)
I. The ability to die of illness.
II. When sims fall ill they need to go to a doctor to be prescribed medicine instead of buying medicine off the computer.
- For more life-threatening illnesses, sims need to stay in hospital for longer eventually getting a cure or getting surgery.
- Possibility of doctor prescribing the wrong medicine, making them even more ill.
III. Plastic Surgery.
- Ability to fully edit a sims face without cheats.
IV. New Active Dental career.
V. Sims need to brush their teeth twice a day and have to go to the dentist every 6 sim weeks.
- Possibility of teeth rotting away if teeth aren't brushed.
- Braces needed for sims 4 children and teens if they don't have straight teeth.
- Teeth Removal
- Fillings
- Crowns
- Etc.
VI. Removes the teeth options in CAS for Toddlers - Teens
- Sims that are born get random teeth. Some wonky, some straight.
That's all I have so far. I will add more in eventually! Leave your suggestions and I could incorporate them in the whole thing!

I really really miss Sims 3 University! I would go crazy over a new world similar to how granite falls is to make it a bit less buggy. Each neighbourhood could serve a different function so the school day was like an active career. For example.
Campus- Have a neighbourhood purely for your students housing. Dormitories that act a bit more like the flat in city living to lessen the chaos that seemed to happen when it was an open house. Instead have it so theirs a quad below where students come and go. A Cafe, Shop, Recreational Centre etc.
Degree - Have neighbourhoods tailored to your degree, to lessens bugs and glitching issues in the game.
Arts/Music/Science/Tech/Comm like the Original University game for example
Music Hub, where your sims could organise a band, or just perform, read up on music theory and this would count towards your degree. Bronze, Silver and Gold would be a C, B and A Grade and each day would affect your end result.
Perhaps random rabbit hole style opportunities could offer your sims the chance to boost their grade with extra credit. Musicians play an emergency gig for their professor to help them out/Tech students fix professors broken projector/Sports students step in for sick team mate ETC
Hang outs - The possibilities for this are endless, the beach for bonfires was popular in Sims 3 Uni, Bars, Park, it would be really nice to see the community come up with ideas for that one.
It could also link together some of those new career choices Like an becoming an actor or director as said above. An interactive stage where Arty students could perform music, or writing students do poetry or drama students have the option to do a few different types of play like tragedy/comedy/romance which could make for some hilarious animations
* Pier Park: an amusement park built on a pier similar to Pacific Park on the Santa Monica Pier? Some activities our sims can take part in at Pier Park could include: riding a Tilt-O-Whirl and getting motion sick; having their first kiss on the Ferris Wheel, taking some aggression out on the bumper cars, flying over the crashing waves on the Chair-O-Planes, or conquering their nerves on the High Roller roller coaster. Sims could also play midway games to win prizes like larger-than-life stuffed llamas and freezer bunnies, and enjoy the concessions.
* Boardwalk Boulevard- sims can take to the street and go shopping at surf shacks, go see a concert or magic show at a pop-up event, grab some seafood, watch street performers or take part in a street dance, or test your sim's surfing skill at the Wave Station.
* Sandy Shores- sims can stay at the Tropico Resort overlooking the ocean and Pier Park in the distance; sims can even own the resort and manage the staff. Outside sims can enjoy the white sandy beach, swim in the ocean, build sand sculptures, collect seashells, sun bathe, and play beach volleyball. While at the resort our sims can also gamble at the casino, while younger sims can play at the arcade.
* Getaway Grotto- a private island our sims can live on. Sims have their own private dock with yacht that sims can take to go scuba-diving, have a close encounter with sharks, go whale watching, or even have a rare sighting of mermaids. If you interact with the mermaid she grants you a wish that transforms your sims into a mermaid/man for 24 to 72 hour transformation period where you reside in a hidden underwater lot to explore the underwater city and find legendary treasures.
More, deeper characteristics to truly make Sims unique and less predictable and allow for deeper, more unique relationships with attraction and chemistery (mentioned this twice because I got confused and it’s important LOL!)

Burglars and bigger underground crime scene

Sports (hobby and professional - with teams and school sports)

Sims News (Newspaper, TV, online) about recent events, (politics), puzzle section (for logic skill), life events (marriage, deaths, etc), jobs, unique entries (for giggles) and adventures (like craig‘s list style ads where sims ask for help with random things and will pay you for it), dating section, pets adoption, new reporter career, option to hire them to review your business, (weather), (crime), column + columnist part-time job, and whatever else would fit in
Sims Politics - political careers with actual gameplay additions (parties, campaigns with ads and speeches, sims vote, sims can discuss politics, demonstrations, political news, ...) and maybe even different political systems (that the player can choose from) like democracy (sims have different presidents) or even monarchy (royal family that stays), of course both playable families
Farms
Heroes & Villains
Exotic animals
Gipsies, Witches, Jinns... Supernatural stuff (maybe monster hunters)
Futuristic & Off-grid lifestyle
- Different countries.
I'd love to see different countries in TS4 so it would be more realistic and like sims could visit family members on vacation or just go on vacation there because I just LOVE vacations.
- Usable Airplanes and cars.
So for my 2nd idea, I thought of usable Airplanes and Cars to get to the different worlds. And perhaps when your sims are going on a date or visiting a sim's house or public areas then they could drive cars only if you bought one in build mode or they bought one in a car store? (Sorry, I do have two cars but they're my parents so yh, sorry, again.)
- UNICORN EXPANSION PACK!!!!!!
So there would be unicorns and you had the ability to ride them and you could go to secret unicorn forests and other of their habitats depending on they're type of unicorn, i.e Ice type.
-Schools
I'd like a school expansion pack but NO, this one should be (In mah imagination. Lel.) more HP like but not fully HP!
So there would be four houses like HP but the names would be:
IceCorn
FlameCorn
WaterCorn
And ForestCorn
(THESE ARE NOT ALL THE UNICORN TYPES IN MAH IMAGINATION)
You would take an HP quiz and if you were in Slytherin in the quiz then you would be in IceCorn because IceCorns are actually one of the cold-hearted Unicorns.
If you would be in Gryffindor you would be put into FlameCorn as FlameCorns are one of the most Bravest Unicorns and are ready to take on any challenge, especially the ones involving Fire.
If you would be put into Hufflepuff you would be a ForestCorn as if there would be a forest fire the ForestCorns always save each other and have the least enemies due to how loyal they are.
Finally, my FAVOURITE house, RAVENCLAW!!! If you were put in this fantastic house you would be put into WaterCorn as WaterCorns are smart and when in battle with a FlameCorn (WHICH IS VERY RARE) Or any other unicorn who uses Fire in battle they know that water beats fire and they can protect themselves, they also know violence is not the answer so they normally protect themselves and succeed in it. :P
Then after being put into a house in your first year then you would attend classes such as UniPotions, UniDefence, UniCare, UniMagic etc.
You wouldn't have wands though, no no no! You'd have to gain the trust of a unicorn that chose you in your first year during your first class of Unicare and once it chose you, you would need to GENTLY grab it's wing out. (THE SIM DOING THIS OFC AND IT WOULD GET SORTED USING THE TRAITS AND YOU COULD SEE IT DOING THE CLASSES AND YOU COULD CONTROL ITT BUT IT'S MOSTLY THE SIM AND OFC DOES NOT STAND FOR OHIO FRIED CHICKEN WHEN I USE IT XD IT STANDS FOR OF COURSE. OK? TY VERY MUCH FOR READING.) Then you would need your professor/teacher/sensei/whatever to cover it in special UniDust forcing the feather to do what you/your sim would like, you could only use the wand during classes that need the wand and you had special books you needed to read and study before an exam and sometimes for homework and yh, that reminds me! THERE. WILL. BE. EXAMS. WHICH. YOU. WILL. ANSWER. FOR. YOUR. SIM. xD. Ok so like yh that's the school I want. XD
And again, I do not own any packs in TS4 or mods so yh, I hope you liked it and I tried because I am not your everyday person who thinks up of an idea like BANG! This took me like an hour and a half to think and write so hope ya enjoy reading it and I actually joined an hour and a half ago so yh, unless I said it wrong so yh. But yh, baii!!!

I just got cat's a dogs, wish you could work there without having to buy it like the doctor, cop, or scientist can.
I also think they should add a celebrities pack which will allow the sims to become famous with paparazzi, movies, shows, events like the red carpet, I think that would be interesting.
I don't want just a University pack, I want an Education pack that covers toddlers in day care to YA's in college.
-Finally, it would give some fun function to the club system. Add more club traits and more icons for this package.
Certainly, University and Get Together have become very interesting packages to be used together.
-Some activities only for young adults, others only for children/teenagers. For exemple: Scout boys and camporee for children. Prom night, gym games and cheerleading for teenagers. Drink games, partyhard and naked activity for young adults. (I loved the interaction "run naked" and "painting model nude" of The Sims 3).
- Graduation party for all ages.
- Summer holidays, spring camps. Interacting with the Seasons package.
- School uniform styles for children and teenagers (and be able to customize it). Option to choose if the school will have a uniform or not.
- New type of building to create our own school.
- New active career in Education.
- Have complete freedom to choose what to do during class days. Get out of class, sabotage objects, flirt with other students, study in the library, set up a study group like groups in Japan, etc.
- Be a class leader for good grades or great responsibility. (Interaction with Parenthood package). Have more confidence and responsibility with the younger ones. (SENPAI!! <3)
- Taking warnings at school diminishes their performance and their points of responsibility. (More interactions with Parenthood)
- Have space to put bicycles in schools. Teenagers and children could ride their bicycle to schools.
Or, if you were a super protective parent, you could take your child by car to school. (Woooow, did I hear cars and bicycles back?)
- Music class, swimming lessons, arts class, and the conventional classroom lessons.
Those are the most important things I expect for this package.
- Cars, motorcycles, bycicles. (Detailed animations)
- Wild Animals (Interactive)
- Thief and Celebrity (Better and more active!)
- Bands
- Farming or Medieval EP
- Cyberpunk or Asian GP
- Beach.
Education Gamepack
Preteens free patch.
Wouldnt the Pre-teen patch come out before Education Gamepack?
Yeah I just thought of the patch after I wrote Education Gamepack and I was to lazy to edit it.
I mean the exact same thing they did for vampires could be applied to witches,(think brewing potions in kettles, and instead of vampire-superspeed they fly on a broomstick as a fast travel mode) fairies,(think fairy god mothers, sparkly wands, princess dresses, growing special flowers) genies,(genie in a bottle, new world "the lamp" that has 4 lots and your sim can only live here if they have become cursed to be a genie) etc. Oh man, I would buy all these game packs~ I just love the supernatural/fantasy-worlds so much!
Also I would love an expansion called "out on the town" or something, where sims can go to the zoo, the petting zoo, water parks, themeparks, carnavals, circus. etc. This would probably be too big of a scope for one expansion though, so perhaps they are better off as seperate gamepacks like vampires.
But man, I would just love to have my sims riding in roller coasters. <3
I also want a Fame pack. The Road to Fame mod did it perfectly -- fans, paparazzi, bodyguards, etc.
New Items
-Food materialise Machine (Upgrades could add more quality to the food and a way to materialise common collectables)
-Cryopod (A way to stop your sims ageing and let them sleep as long as they're in it)
-Mind TV (Basically a normal TV without a screen, still adds fun to your sim)
-Super Computers (3D interfaces and an option to create an AI and let it take care of your home also can be your phone)
-3D printer (Can make free small kids toys and decorations, faster than a real-life one)
-Teleporter (Like the travel option, but can be reached with an object)
-Gravity pod (Your sims can play around in no gravity, adds fun)
-Cooking Machine (Like the food materialise machine but cheaper and depends on cooking skills)
-Solar panels (Disables the option to pay electricity bills)
-Data Loader (For work for your new job/homework and entertainment like TVs and radios but with new sounds and pictures)
-Super telescope (Smaller and better telescope than the base game one)
-Hologram projector (TV)
-Communicator (To contact people from the new city to the new plot)
-Genetic lab (Children can grow a small alien pet and adults can create cures and make a new fish friend)
-Good and bad variations of these items
-Futuristic variations of in-game stuff as well

I want to see kid's school day and other work places like business office or secret agency.
Also, I think it will be fun to have lawyer and court system to Sims. And have sims to defend themselves for hacking or getting into fight with neighbors or etc.
