Very nice exterior design of your WIP! The blue colour and the texture of the exterior walls looks very nice and suits well the Caribbean theme. Very nice upper balcony area! Sims will enjoy painting on the easel there, or relaxing on the loungers looking out at the views. It looks very nice how the plants line the edges of the pathway.
