Personally, I want faith based decor, which is why I always mod it in my game. The only other thing I want are small caged pets, since my simself household is missing my pet BIRDS.

    Archery
    • Bow and Arrow + quiver
    • Crossbow and Arrow
    • in addition to archery skill you can craft your own bows and arrows using the Woodworking Bench (Handiness skill).

Soccer Ball - I've always wanted the soccer ball to be a separate object from The Soccer Goal. Because I want my sim to be able to carry the Ball around in his inventory and practice ball tricks anywhere not be limited to "You can only practice on the field."

Volley Ball Net - since they added pools I've always wanted more Pool toys, I'm surprised it didn't come with Backyard stuff.
But I would love to be able to play Volley Ball in the sand or in the the pool.

    Art
Sketch Pads, I'm kind of bored with Painting and Painting from Reference, I want to sketch from Reference
I want 3 kinds of sketch pads.
    8x10
    18x24
    LED Drafting Desk

I would like to see a baby pool where you can get in up to 3 toddlers at the same time. You can also choose to add some balls or soap bubbles..
    -probably just playing Phasmophobia :p

    Build:
    -Spiral stairs
    -L-shaped stairs/U-shaped stairs
    -Stages
-Bay windows where you can place the window seats from Cats & Dogs inside the bottom
    -Garage doors
    -Swingsets

    Buy:
-More Chanukkah items! (Clutter like dreidels, gelt, maybe a kids' clay menorah - also, not a clutter item, but would love kippot/yarmulkes and mitpachot/tichels for my sims. Also, cheesy Chanukkah sweaters.)
-Seconding the smaller telescope suggested by @Dukemon11! Maybe like the one in TS2.
    -Bunk beds
    -Different bassinets/cribs
    -House phones
    -Chalkboards and whiteboards
    -IKEA stuff!
-More kitchen clutter items, maybe like grocery bags (both empty and full), grocery boxes, etc. (I would kind of like to be able to put your own clutter items on kitchen shelving slots and cabinets.)
    -Butcher block, marble, quartz countertops.

I also would like if there were an option for the things like beds, etc, to change the bedding color separate from the frame color. (And for counters, to change the countertop separate from the cabinet part.)

This definitely isn't even an exhaustive list of what I would like to see, heh.

If I could have just one thing released as a gift to us from them as a sign of the things to come in the new year, I would want SPIRAL STAIRS. That one object would add so much game play that I can't even tell you.

More group activity objects and social interactions. Games that can be played by 8 sims like Hot Potato, Monopoly and Pie Fighting. Family photos, group skill training and group carolling. Maybe even a table object that allows speed dating. Could probably use the chess board object to just have a timer on it for them to switch tables.

I would like to see more childhood friends like in Sims 3 where your child went to school and kids popped up in your child's relationship panel - there for your child to interact with (especially in Sims 3, when kids came over with their parents). I would also like to see NPC families bring their toddlers to the park, or carrying them around or pushing them in a stroller. I would like seasons. I would also like to see the best parts of sims 2 and sims 3 in the sims 4. Just because it has been done already doesn't mean I don't still enjoy it.

I also really want the "send WooHooty text" choice back! I thought it was hilarious but also helps maintain a non-serious relationship if that's what your sim wants.

I have been playing The Sims since 2001, when Livin Large came out. My avatar deliberately looks like Chris Roomies from TS1.

Besides most everything mentioned above, I'd like cars/taxis to come back. BUT, since not all lots have roads leading to them, I think it would be cool to have flying cars/taxis (ala Back to the Future or The Jetsons cartoon style) for our Sims to use. We'd still probably need a loading screen with them, but it would be fun to see our Sims get inside the vehicle, hover there a second and then fly off out of the screen at least beforehand. :) Just a thought... *shrugs*

This has already been said a few times, but I would seriously LOVE portable laptops. Especially for my teen students, it would be cool for them to do "research" or "homework" on a laptop. Perhaps they could add that in a University pack?

I would love it if someone felt the urge to create some CC solar panels! Preferably working ones, but would easily settle for decorations as well! Have an eco-friendly save going on, and all previous links I've found are either not functioning or setting off all malware alarm bells..

I'd like more options to play games with the sims. Board/card games. A dartboard like in Sims 2 would be awesome. Spiral staircases are sorely missed. Seasons is my fav pack, from 2 and 3. Love the snow and lightening. I really wish we could adjust foundation on an individual basis, instead of the whole lot having them. glass floor tiles would be great too.
