Yes I found the save files
So anyway back to my Sears Kithomes series this is a apt plan from sears I liked how it reminded me of apartments back home and ran with it.
Each apt. is decorated differently 2 bottom floors are as I see it low income homes and the top 2 higher end remodeled style/ modern
Stonehearth is based off a Tiny Home idea with a pool included along with a patio Grill area with space to expand if wished can be easily converted to a beach house if ever beach/vacation expansion
I found the house plan somewhere and just loved the look of it as I currently have a thing for courtyards hence this build
spent about 2 maybe 3 months working on it while also working on 3 others took my time trying to give it a old world feel yet some modern stuff mixed in. Decorating wise I did not go as crazy as normal as again wanted a more old world feel to it and leave room for people to add their own CC to it so may shelves and tables are empty
it will be slow going now as I am going to have to redo the rest of the photos I am going to start with oldest and move forward with newer ones between. But it seems no one comments anymore on showcases seems not much has changed but you are always the best and kindest person @rosemow )))HUGS(((
Another modern build. Trying out a new aesthetic in decorating and building as you can more then like see. So enjoy this 3 bedroom build.
more photos here
and that is that for this build will start uploading new photos of old builds at some point might take some time though

The elmhurst is the 10th I believe of my Sears Kithomes from the 1920s and is of the Tudor style has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (many homes per 70s had only one full bathroom and maybe a half bathroom) it costs ran close to $2,000 if I remember correctly monthly payments were under $50
On this build I decided to do a Side yard as one of my child hood neighbors had this house and had a side yard they owned 2 lots between streets hence side yard and they sadly did not have a pool pool is where their garden was
Not a new build but did upgrade it a bit when taking photos and reuploaded it under Elmhurst Update click the link here
