Game Glitching?

My Sims 4 has NEVER glitched, now all it's doing IS glitching. My Sims keep getting stuck and the reset Sim cheat doesn't work. Anyone else having glitch problems?

All the time. Have you repaired your game recently? Personally I do that roughly every sim-week. Also, if you have CC or mods have you checked they're all up to date? Other than that I guess it's just a case of waiting for the next patch which hopefully will be soon.

Mine occasionally get stuck in a T-pose at the top of the stairs and resetting doesn't work. Going to Manage Worlds and back usually frees them.

Hello
When your sim gets stuck, try taking him into cas or press the " m " key then cancel it or go to game options and back , and see if that helps.
Resetting your sims 4 folder can help,with game glitches . To do that, move your sims 4 folder ( that is in Documents -Electronic Arts - then the sims 4 folder is there ) to the desktop. Then start the game, and a new sims 4 folder will be generated. Exit the game and then copy back the "options.ini" or " options " file and the "saves" , "screenshots" "tray" "custom music " and "mods" folders from the desktop sims 4 folder to the new sims 4 folder, replacing the new generated file/ folders with the old file/folders from the desktop sims 4 folder.

Yeah. I repaired it twice the other day and I don't play with Mods or CC.

Yeah. They never got stuck in the T poses but now they keep getting stuck in that pose and I can't get them out of it.

If you have cc/mods in your game, move your mods folder to the desktop. Then start the game and see if the issues are still there. If it has helped with the issues, put your mods/ CC back into the newly generated mods folder that is in the sims 4 folder one by one or in batches and testing after each one to see which is the causes of the problem.

If the issues still remain, repairing the game may help. To do that, right click on the sims 4 picture in Origin and click repair

If you have the Parenthood pack, and if it is occurring with kids, it may be a childhood phase that they are going through.

Edit : i have posted on your other thread , because I now though that it was townies.

I did. This didn't help.

I am sorry that you are having this issue, Try testing with another household both within the same game and in a fresh new save gane and see if the issue is occurring then also.

One thing I found that get my sims unstuck is to teleport to an open place.. You need a wellness mat and level up to maybe 7..

You can use also use the cheat
testingcheats true
Then shift click the area where you want them to go to.

I am sorry that you are having this issue, Try testing with another household both within the same game and in a fresh new save gane and see if the issue is occurring then also.
